1. Project Background
Henan Tianguan Enterprise covers an area of more than 7,200 acres and has the largest annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of fuel ethanol and 180,000 tons of high-quality edible alcohol in China. The main products are fuel ethanol, alcohol, bio-natural gas, fully degradable plastic, bio-diesel, gluten, DDG feed, total solvent, polyol, carbon dioxide, etc.
2. Project requirements
The instruments copied in the project include multi-function electric energy meters and flow totalizers, etc. There are more than 50 instruments in total, which are distributed in different factories, office buildings and power distribution rooms. It is required to collect the data of each instrument to WN90 wireless management through the 485 serial port. The device forms a wireless sensor network, which is sent to the monitoring center by means of GPRS wireless data transmission, and finally realizes the automatic meter reading function.
3. Scheme design
The system plan is divided into three layers: equipment layer, communication layer, and monitoring layer. The equipment layer includes electric energy meters, flow meters and multi-function instruments; the monitoring layer includes upper computer software, servers, workstations, printers, etc. The system structure diagram is as follows:
