Equipment operation status monitoring is an application of our company. The related status of various equipment can be automatically monitored remotely, such as gas boilers, air compressors, heat exchange stations, power distribution cabinets and other equipment of Huafeng Power. Remote monitoring is realized.
Huafeng Power Co., Ltd. needs:
1. Monitor the operating status of gas boilers: collect switch signals such as burner failure, low gas pressure, gas leakage, water overpressure alarms, etc., and collect analog signals of pressure transmitters
2. Monitor the operating status of the air compressor: collect analog signals of exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure, collect the comprehensive faults and shutdown switching signals of the air compressor, and require the ability to clear the alarm
3. Monitor the alarm of the heat exchange station: collect the shutdown signal of three running pumps and the shutdown signal of one makeup pump, and it is required to be able to remove the alarm.Collect analog signal of pipeline pressure pressure transmitter
4. Monitoring the power distribution cabinet and switch status: real-time monitoring of the phase voltage, phase current, phase power, frequency, power factor and other parameters of the main incoming line of the power distribution cabinet, as well as the working status of the switch
5. Smoke detection function: ionic smoke detection equipment, the sensor sends out sound and light alarms, and outputs alarm signals to the collector
Xinli Technology’s corresponding program design:
Based on the monitoring requirements of Huafeng Power and on-site surveys, our company has designed a matching scheme in combination with our core technology wireless sensor network communication.
In this project, our company selected smart gateways, smart measurement and control devices and other equipment to collect electrical parameters, temperature, pressure and other parameters of the monitoring equipment, and upload them to the smart gateway wirelessly. The data is processed, and the data is provided to the server through the Ethernet interface or GPRS, so as to monitor the operation of the monitoring equipment and process the limit alarm.
System functions:
1. The monitoring center server is installed with host computer software, after analyzing and processing the data from the smart gateway, the monitoring parameters of each device are displayed intuitively, and the operation mode of the monitoring device can be controlled.
2. According to the monitored historical curves and reports, statistics and safety monitoring can be carried out to prevent and control the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the stable operation of equipment
