I. Overview

With the development of the information industry, more and more industry organizations have begun to use information technology for management, which can not only greatly improve work efficiency, but also save a lot of manpower and material resources. At present, there are still some unreasonable places in the qualification management of various testing institutions in the construction industry. The traditional management methods can no longer meet the current management requirements, and there is no better management method for the secondment of personnel and the mutual use of equipment. The situation that people work in several units, and a set of equipment is used by several units. In response to this situation, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction’s “Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Management Measures” (Order No. 141 of the Ministry of Construction), we proposed to use RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to carry out asset management in the construction industry inspection field.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an automatic identification technology, which is an important method and means to automatically read and input information and data into a computer. This technology can provide us with an effective means to collect and input data quickly and accurately, and solve the problems caused by manual operation and slow data input speed and high error rate.
The construction engineering inspection management RFID solution is based on this new type of automatic identification technology, coupled with the concept of mobile computing and wireless network application, to provide accurate and fast asset data collection and statistics, combined with the enterprise asset management system, including the entire asset life cycle. Purchasing, tracking, repairing and maintenance, and sales are tracked and managed.

The electronic label for equipment adopts RFID anti-metal electronic label, and the electronic label for personnel adopts RFID electronic label white card.

The hand-held reader can choose JETT•RFID series products of American Shuangcheng Company.
