Lianzhou Power Plant is invested and constructed by Yuelian Power Plant Co., Ltd., which is composed of 9 major shareholders including Guangdong Yudean Group, Hong Kong Chaokang Investment Co., Ltd. and Lianzhou Thermal Power Generation Development Company. It is a state-controlled Sino-foreign cooperative enterprise. It belongs to the management of Guangdong Yudean Group Company. Lianzhou Power Plant District is located in Xingzi Town, Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province, in the northwestern part of Guangdong Province, about 260 kilometers away from Guangzhou.
The first phase of the power plant has invested more than 1.4 billion yuan in 2×125MW units. Construction began in 1997. Unit #1 was connected to the grid in March 2000; Unit #2 was connected to the grid on August 13, 2000. The investment for the second phase of 2×135MW units was about 1.3 billion yuan, and construction began in August 2002. Unit #3 was put into operation in February 2004, and unit #4 was put into operation in May 2004. After the completion of the second phase, the whole plant is expected to generate 3 billion kWh per year, making it a large-scale power plant.
The power plant currently has 1,342 employees and a plant area of 10,000 hectares. In order to strengthen information management and adapt to the development needs of modern enterprises, the power plant has signed a contract for the construction of the all-in-one card system project with our company. The system covers attendance, access control, catering, parking factory management, personnel management, etc., distributed in two areas with a span of 25 kilometers. The system software is based on the secondary development of Chaolun All-in-One Card V5.0 and adopts the combination of B/SC/S two architectures. All the hardware adopts self-developed intelligent terminals.
RS485/TCP/IP is used in the system implementation process, and a variety of cable combinations are used for wiring. Project management personnel overcome the complex electromagnetic environment in high magnetic field environment, high voltage electric field environment, high power electromechanical, high voltage cable parallel distribution, and so on. The center communicates with more than 200 terminals, and some of the hardware adopts reinforcement measures such as strengthening shielding grounding, increasing ground capacitance, and broadcasting and television isolation. It also solves the problem of realizing radio frequency induction and WG within a distance of only 1 meter from 110,000 high-voltage cables outdoors. Problems such as signal transmission.
