1. Project Background

Midea Group is a large-scale comprehensive modern enterprise group mainly engaged in the home appliance industry and involved in lighting appliances, real estate, logistics and other fields. 2. Project requirements

For a general factory of Midea Group, there are 7 branches (General Assembly Branch 1, General Assembly Branch 2, General Assembly Branch 3, Light Commercial Branch, Injection Branch Factory, Electronics Branch, Partial Assembly Branch) monitoring and monitoring Information analysis.

1. Real-time data collection and monitoring of on-site electric energy meters and various flow meters (such as compressed air flow, petroleum gas flow, oxygen flow, nitrogen flow, etc.) in each branch;

2. Realize the calculation, statistics and analysis of the electricity consumption, compressed air consumption, petroleum gas consumption, nitrogen consumption and oxygen consumption of each branch of each branch;

3. Realize statistical report function, real-time data and status display function, historical and real-time curve function, remote control function, management function, redundancy function;

4. The system is required to have good openness and can exchange data with other information systems.

3. Scheme design

The monitoring system is a layered distributed network structure, consisting of a three-layer structure of equipment layer, wireless network transmission layer, and monitoring layer. The equipment layer is mainly composed of flow meters and pressure gauges; the wireless network transmission layer is mainly composed of wireless data acquisition It is composed of transmission devices, wireless management devices and other equipment; the monitoring layer is composed of main equipment such as computers, monitoring software and network switches.
