The entire park adopts 5A intelligent design, which integrates office intelligence (OA), building automation (BA), communication transmission intelligence (CA), fire protection intelligence (FA), and security intelligence (SA). One-card solution
Through employee self-help, employees can independently query and modify personal information, reducing HR workload.
This system involves an all-in-one card for attendance, access control, consumption and laundry management, all using TCP/IP LAN connection, and all devices using wirelessRadio Frequency IdentificationIC card implementation.
The data of all one-card devices is automatically uploaded to the database in real time, and there is no need to manually collect or adjust the data format, reducing intermediate links and avoiding human modification and human negligence of data.
The attendance system adopts face recognition attendance machine, and the communication method is TCP/IP
The consumption system adopts networked consumption machines. Consumer users are divided into three categories: internal employees, outsiders and visitors. The consumption of internal employees adopts the counting mode, and the consumption authority is linked with the attendance. For example, if Zhang San goes to work in the morning, he only has breakfast. Permission to eat, swipe the card to count the consumption, if there is no permission, the consumption machine will alarm. Outsiders use the consumption deduction model, and the individual charges as much as he eats and deducts as much as he eats. Visitor personnel also use the method of consumption deduction.
Laundry consumption management, employees regularly receive employee benefits on the subsidy machine equipment, and deduct consumption (piece-based deduction) when employees deliver clothes. Employee benefits can be accumulated, and the available balance of laundry at the end of the year can be returned in cash. The consumption report separately calculates the details of laundry consumption data, summarizes the consumption data, and the number of personal available consumption.
