One-card solution
Through employee self-help, employees can independently query and modify personal information, reducing HR workload.
This system involves an all-in-one card for attendance, access control, consumption and laundry management, all using TCP/IP LAN connection, and all devices using wirelessRadio Frequency IdentificationIC card implementation.
The data of all one-card devices is automatically uploaded to the database in real time, and there is no need to manually collect or adjust the data format, reducing intermediate links and avoiding human modification and human negligence of data.

The consumption system adopts networked consumption machines. Consumer users are divided into three categories: internal employees, outsiders and visitors. The consumption of internal employees adopts the counting mode, and the consumption authority is linked with the attendance. Permission to eat, swipe the card to count the consumption, if there is no permission, the consumption machine will alarm.
