The expert review team gave preliminary affirmation to the current staged results of the on-site operation permit management system, and believed that it was in line with the general direction of informationization and intelligence of safety management proposed by the state. According to reports, the first pilot construction of the on-site operation permit management system started at PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical in 2012, and pilot construction work has been carried out in Harbin Petrochemical, Hohhot Petrochemical, and CNOOC CNOOC Chemical Hainan Base.
