2. Demand analysis
Nowadays, prisons are managed by video surveillance and on-site guards by prison guards, but there are corresponding drawbacks. Although video surveillance has achieved full coverage of the prison area, it cannot be watched every minute in the monitoring room. Surveillance is more of a time-to-responsibility approach, but this method cannot control danger and accidents in the bud.
The on-site management of prison guards is limited by the number of prison guards and cannot be monitored in real time.
Using modern high-tech technical means to monitor and manage detainees, protect the safety of police officers in prisons, call the police for help in emergencies, and master and control crime scenes, giving full play to the role of the supervision system. Through the intelligent real-time positioning supervision system solution of the prison, the positioning, tracking, and moving route playback of prison detainees and police officers can be realized. Not only can it respond quickly to incidents such as assaulting police or violations, but also provide information on the exact location of the incident, the police officers who were attacked and the personnel present, and the whereabouts of the scene personnel after the attack. , greatly improving the handling efficiency and management level in unexpected situations. At the same time, it can effectively integrate with the existing system and expand functions in various aspects, improve the functions of the entire monitoring and management system, effectively enhance the security of the system, truly realize the informatization of prison management, and realize “requiring police force from science and technology”. .
3. System Design
The prisoner positioning management system in a prison in Henan is a comprehensive management system designed to cooperate with prison management. As a supplementary means of video surveillance, the system integrates with video surveillance to achieve a more efficient and orderly surveillance system.
The system realizes the purpose of real-time positioning and tracking of prisoners in the prison, captures the prisoner’s location in real time, and synchronizes with the prison management process. If an illegal situation occurs, an alarm will be generated immediately, and at the same time, it will cooperate with the existing video monitoring equipment in the prison. Once an alarm occurs information, the corresponding video surveillance device will pop up in real time.
In addition, based on the distribution of management processes in the prison, the system design retains management authority at all levels, and relevant management reports must be delivered layer by layer to realize digital management.

Installation method
• The positioning base station in the prison is distributed by hanging type. One positioning base station has 4-6 antennas, which are distributed on the wall of the prison. The communication base station is installed on the wall, and the two signal antennas are pulled out by extension cables. The distribution is placed in two dormitories.
• The canteen and public area communication base stations are placed at diagonally opposite corners, hidden on the ceiling, or directly on the poles. The positioning base stations in these two areas are buried in the ground, and each positioning base station is cut out 4-6 Rectangular slot, and then locate the induction coil of the base station into it.
