1. Project requirements

A large-scale enterprise, in order to strengthen the management of the number of personnel in the enterprise, requires the use of non-contact proximity cards to track and record the entry and exit of each person in the workshop, so as to achieve high-efficiency automatic identification requirements and count the number of personnel in the workshop.

1. The induction card carried by the personnel should be freely carried. The card can be placed in the personnel’s pocket, bag or hung in front of the personnel as an ID card.
2. The sensing distance of the card can’t be too far or too close. If it is too far, the personnel will generate wrong records when passing by the channel. If it is too close, the channel will not be sensed if the channel is too wide.
3. In order to reflect the care of human nature, the card cannot be directional and can be placed arbitrarily, and personnel cannot be required to place the card in order to identify it.
4. The system must have multiple identification and anti-collision capabilities. There are many people entering and leaving the workshop at the same time during peak hours. The system must ensure that all cards can be accurately identified at high speed.
5. The system must accurately determine the direction of entry and exit of personnel, and cannot simply record events to prevent the occurrence of fake entry and exit.
6. The radio frequency signal generated by the card reader and the proximity card must not be harmful to the human body, because people spend a large part of their time moving within the signal range, and the safety of everyone cannot be abandoned for the convenience of management.

2. On-site situation

The company has 1 workshop with a total of 13 doors. It requires that personnel entering and leaving can display the information of employees entering and leaving in real time, count the number of people in the workshop, and give early warning to the number of people.

3. The working principle of the system


This system adopts the latest British CypherTag® series TV6 proximity card and RVR1 card reader. CypherTag® series proximity card and reader is a true fast, long-distance proximity RFID product, with a reading distance of up to 3 meters, a coverage channel width of 3 to 32 meters, and can identify up to 80 proximity cards at the same time , the card reading speed can reach 80 km/h, so it can accurately identify and track the direction of fast-moving objects or people. The working mechanism of CypherTag® series long-distance induction products is: each induction card has a 64-bit number. When the induction card is present in the reading range of the card reader, the induction card is continuously transmitted by the card reader. Electromagnetic inquiry The signal is activated to feed back a response signal carrying the inductive card number to the card reader. It is through the signal inquiry and response between the inductive card and the card reader that the card reader can accurately and quickly identify the inside of the inductive card. and output the read inductive card number to a computer, external controller or other terminal equipment according to a certain output format, so as to realize the identification of the inductive card.

The management center sends a card to each person. When the person passes near the card reader (3 meters reading distance), the card reader can sense the card and transmit the information (card number) in the card to the local controller. The controller transmits the received card number to the management software, and the management personnel can monitor and manage the entry and exit of each door in real time, and directly use the entry and exit data of the personnel as the attendance data. In addition, the proximity card is not easy to copy, safe and reliable, and has a long life (the non-contact card reading method reduces the mechanical wear of the card to zero).

The system can be divided into many clients. The dormitory management personnel can sit in front of the monitoring computer to know the entry and exit of the entire dormitory. According to the real-time monitoring function of the computer, they can judge whether to go to the site for inspection, and at the same time, they can monitor the entry and exit of personnel and alarm events. and other information for viewing, printing and archiving.
