RFID technology optimizes intelligent environmental management and services
[ad_1]
With the rapid development of urban construction, optimizing environmental management and services has always been the focus of attention, and it is also an important project for people’s livelihood. Continuously improving the living environment of citizens will incorporate a new generation of information technology to build a smart city. The first thing is to solve the problem of urban waste as a major problem, and it is full of many challenges to the development of smart cities. Urban waste also makes full use of RFID technology to help the development of smart cities. Intelligent environmental sanitation management is the comprehensive application of computer technology, wireless network technology, GIS geographic information technology, GPS position technology, RFID identification technology, video surveillance technology, and the establishment of a unified management information system. In this way, the implementation of the supervision of the effects of sanitation operations, sanitation operation vehicles, and sanitation facilities, and effective and all-round mastery of the sanitation environment, enables early detection and rapid resolution of sanitation operations problems.
With the rapid development of urban construction, environmental sanitation has become a thorny issue. The personnel are mostly and dense. The number and distribution of environmental sanitation facilities, ensuring the implementation of the number of garbage collections, ensuring the daily production of garbage, timely garbage transfer, and timely dispatch will become important links in the supervision of environmental sanitation and transportation. The sanitation work mainly uses rfid technology to collect information from all links, build a smart sanitation platform, and help the development of smart cities.
At present, the problems encountered in urban waste management:
1. Inability to grasp the quantity and distribution of the implementation, resulting in untimely waste management and a lot of labor.
2. The garbage can not be cleaned up on the same day in time, causing air pollution and environmental pollution.
3. When the garbage was cleaned and transported, the garbage was not cleaned up according to the prescribed route, missed, or some of the garbage was over-speeded.
4. The garbage can not be cleaned up and inspected in time, which will affect the environment.
5. Phenomenon of management personnel running away from their posts and shifting their posts
Garbage removal and transportation supervision through the installation of UHF RFID reader equipment inside the garbage truck, and sticking the garbage bin identification UHF RFID tag outside the garbage bin. When the garbage truck starts to load and unload the garbage, the UHF RFID reader device on the truck will read the UHF RFID tag on the garbage bin being operated. After the RFID reader device recognizes the operating time of the trash can and the ID number of the RFID electronic tag, it transmits the data to the terminal server via the vehicle, indicating that the trash can has been cleaned, and the status of the trash can indicates that it has been cleared today . The status of the trash can has been cleaned within 24 hours, and it is displayed in green in the terminal system operation interface; if the terminal server does not receive the label data of the trash can after 24 hours, it means that the trash can has not been emptied. At this time, the garbage The status of the bucket is determined to be uncleared, and it is indicated in red on the system operation interface.
1. Put an RFID electronic label on the trash can
Paste ordinary labels on ordinary trash bins, and paste anti-metal labels on metal trash bins. Each trash can is affixed with a unique RFID electronic tag;
2. Install the reader on the sanitation vehicle
Install the UHF RFID reader on the sanitation vehicle, you can read the tag on each trash can or trash hopper, and use it to count the working conditions of each vehicle;
3. Install GPS locator on the sanitation vehicle
For each sanitation vehicle (sprinkler, road sweeper, garbage truck, etc.), it is used to determine the location and route of the sanitation vehicle.
RFID technology allows sanitation vehicle management to realize facility distribution at a glance, and real-time grasp of facility location changes. So as to realize the control of vehicle operation dynamics, the real-time monitoring of whether the garbage truck is collecting operation, the operation route, and the refined and real-time monitoring of the collection task. This greatly improves the management efficiency of each link, improves work efficiency, and reduces management costs; timely disposal of garbage not only affirms the work, but also enhances the image of the city and achieves scientific information management and control.
