1. System overview

1.1. System Background

The characteristics of truck management are that there are many vehicles and models, and the management is more difficult; how to broaden the management perspective, improve the efficiency of vehicle operation, enhance driving safety, and strengthen vehicle performance management is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Although the vehicle management data and database in the cargo area are relatively complete, these data need to be manually entered into the computer database or checked with relevant documents for parking. It is difficult to implement at gates with high traffic flow and high speed requirements, and it is time-consuming and labor-intensive. How to quickly and effectively collect data, remotely inspect and judge the system in the vehicle import and export, weighing area, and unloading area in the cargo area has become the primary problem. There are a large number of material transport vehicles entering and leaving every day in procurement plants, power plants, cargo yards, garbage dumps, etc., which require procedures such as parking, registration, and weighing. The operator manually enters the data into the computer, which is not only time-consuming, but also has an error rate. In addition, it is easy to breed human fraud and cause a lot of economic losses to enterprises.

1.2. Status and Analysis

According to the current status of manual management of vehicles in the freight yard, our company proposes to combineRFIDTechnology, electronic vehicle weighing technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, database technology and computer network technology solutions, the system can automatically record the vehicle license plate number, weight information, time information, etc. The database can effectively eliminate human error, prevent the occurrence of over-balance blockage, cheating, etc., ensure the accuracy of original data collection, and reduce economic losses.

Two weighing points are set on the route of the shipment, which are the loading point and the unloading point. When the vehicle enters the weighing point, the reader is triggered to read the card, and the detailed information of the vehicle is transmitted to the PC, and the tag information is matched to check whether there is any loss of goods in the vehicle during transportation.

2. System introduction

2.1. System principle

For intelligent management of all vehicles entering the yard, each vehicle entering the yard is required to be assigned a special RFID tag, which stores the name of the owner of the truck, tare weight/license plate number/material type/net weight/ Loading location/destination/printing time, year, month, day and other information. Set up four weighing points in the transport route. First, the empty truck enters the picking area and passes through the truck scale to trigger the reader to read the card. The reader transmits the information in the vehicle tag to the host, and at the same time instructs the electronic scale to transmit the vehicle weight information; the truck loads the goods and leaves When the picking area is weighed by the truck scale, the reader is triggered to read the card. The reader transmits the information in the vehicle tag to the host, and at the same time instructs the electronic scale to transmit the vehicle weight information. This time the vehicle weight information is compared with the empty vehicle weight information. Compare, calculate the weight of the goods loaded on the vehicle; when the delivery vehicle reaches the transportation end and is weighed by the truck scale, the reader is triggered to read the card, the reader will transmit the information in the vehicle tag to the host, and at the same time instruct the electronic scale to transmit the vehicle weight information; after unloading the goods, when the empty vehicle passes the truck scale for weighing, the reader is triggered to read the card, the reader transmits the information in the vehicle tag to the host, and at the same time instructs the electronic scale to transmit the vehicle weight information, which is compared with the destination vehicle weight information. Calculate the weight of the cargo. This weight is compared with the weight of the goods shipped in the procurement area, and finally it is judged whether there is any loss during transportation.

All transport vehicles record vehicle information through RFID identification before entering the loading area, and weigh them. After weighing, the server automatically records the weighing information, and the display screen displays the weighing information; the transport vehicles enter the loading area for loading and loading. After the goods are completed, they will be weighed again after they leave the loading area. The weight information will be automatically entered into the system, and the LED will give a weight prompt. The transport vehicle will arrive at the destination and drive into the unloading area to record the vehicle information through RFID identification, and weigh it. The weighing is completed. The server automatically records the weighing information, and the display screen displays the weighing information; the transport vehicle completes the unloading, and the scale is weighed after the unloading is completed, and the weight information is finally recorded. Through the information comparison, it is judged whether there are omissions or residues in the shipment.

3. System Workflow

3.1. Admission Registration

The cargo yard registration office first registers the vehicles entering the cargo yard, and distributes a special shipping label for them, and then saves the card number, vehicle plate number, vehicle owner name, entry time and entry location related information of the label in the host database. middle.

3.2. Billing

Only customers who have been issued with a special shipping label can go to the invoicing office of the warehouse to invoice and purchase goods.

3.3. Empty truck weighing

After the customer issues the invoice, the truck can be driven into the truck scale passage for weighing. The vehicle detector installed at the crossing senses the entry of a vehicle and transmits the signal to the front gate and signal light. The gate is closed immediately, and the signal light turns red, indicating that The driver drives slowly while asking the weighing scale and reader to start working. After the label on the truck is read by the reader, the reader transmits the information of the vehicle to the host, and instructs the electronic scale to start transmitting the weight information of the vehicle. At the same time, the camera monitors whether the vehicle is parked at the designated position and captures the image. When the host receives the card number and weight information, it accurately records and backs up the information, and then issues an instruction to open the barrier, and the truck drives into the cargo yard for loading.

3.4. Loading

After the truck is empty and weighed, it can drive into the freight yard for loading.

3.5. Loading and weighing

After the truck is loaded, it needs to drive into the truck scale again for weighing. The vehicle detector installed at the crossing senses the entry of a vehicle and transmits the signal to the front barrier and signal light. The barrier is closed immediately, and the signal light turns red, prompting the driver. The operator drives slowly, and at the same time requires the weighing scale and the reader to start working. After the tag on the truck is read by the reader, the reader antenna transmits the information of the vehicle to the host, and instructs the electronic scale to start transmitting the weight information of the vehicle. At the same time, the camera monitors whether the vehicle is parked at the designated position and captures the image. When the host computer receives the card number and weight information, it accurately records and backs up the information, and then issues an instruction to open the gate, and the truck drives into the freight yard to issue a ticket.

3.6. Billing

After the freight truck is loaded, it is necessary to go to the invoicing office for invoicing again. The invoicing office checks whether the information on the two weighings of the freight truck is consistent. The information includes whether the special label card number for shipping is consistent, whether the vehicle owner is consistent, whether the brand number is the same, etc. If all the information When they are all consistent, the invoicing office will automatically calculate the net weight of the shipped goods according to the management system and issue an invoicing.

3.7. Appearance

Finally, the truck can hold the ticket and leave the yard after inspection by the doorman.

3.8. Weighing at destination unloading

The delivery truck arrives at the destination. Before unloading, drive into the truck scale at the destination for weighing. The vehicle detector installed at the crossing senses the entry of a vehicle and transmits the signal to the front barrier and signal light. The barrier is immediately closed, and the signal light turns red, prompting the driver. Drive slowly while asking the scale and reader to start working. After the label on the truck is read by the reader, the reader transmits the information of the vehicle to the host, and instructs the electronic scale to start transmitting the weight information of the vehicle. At the same time, the camera monitors whether the vehicle is parked at the designated position and captures the image. When the host receives the card number and weight information, it accurately records and backs up the information, and then issues an instruction to open the gate.

3.9. Unloading

After the truck is weighed, it can be driven into the cargo yard for unloading.

3.10. Empty truck weighing

After the truck is unloaded, the empty truck is weighed. At the same time, the invoice is issued at the invoicing office. The invoicing office checks whether the information on the two weighing of the truck is consistent. If all the information is consistent, the invoicing office will automatically calculate the net weight of the shipped goods according to the management system and issue an invoice, and collect the special shipping label.

3.11. Calculated weighing

The whole loading process is calculated in 3 times, the loading weight is calculated by comparing the loading weighing and the empty car weighing; the unloading yard weighing is comparing with the loading weighing to check whether there is any leakage during the transportation process; the empty car weighing Calculate the weight of the shipment compared with the weighing at the unloading yard, and compare it with the first calculated weight to calculate whether the goods are lost or left.
