As a non-contact automatic identification technology,RFID(abbreviation of Radio FrequencyIdentification) is more and more widely used. Companies such as EXXONMOBIL in the United States and TOTAL in France have used radio frequency technology to replace paper documents in oil depots in the fields of oil storage and oil product sales, and integrated with access control systems and oil payment systems to realize the circulation of radio frequency cards in oil depots, and achieved good results. Effect. In the information application of China Petrochemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Sinopec), RFID has been successfully applied in electronic bills of lading, electronic seals and other applications.

Electronic Bill of Lading

Sinopec’s electronic bill of lading management system integrates RFID technology and ERP system, and is developed based on SAPR/3 system platform and using its ABAP tools. A system that integrates emergency response and customer service functions as a whole.

The main hardware equipment involved in the system are: password keyboard, card reader, card, etc. The card adopts non-contact wireless radio frequency card, which is divided into three types: ordinary card, membership card and distribution card. The ordinary card is defined as the use of ordinary customers. It can be recycled and used; the membership card is used by member customers; the delivery card has a one-to-one relationship with the delivery vehicle or delivery personnel and is only used by them. The system involves daily operations supported by SAP business processes such as customer sales and delivery, gas station replenishment, inter-warehouse dumping, etc., including: registration, card creation, issuance and issuance management of ordinary cards, membership cards and distribution cards and card security management, etc.; close integration with SAP system business implementation process; integration with automatic oil payment system; application of other auxiliary functions, such as customer service, emergency handling and other functions.

In Sinopec, the electronic bill of lading business is mainly used in the distribution of self-owned gas stations and self-pickup of social customers. The whole system is based on the ABAP development platform of ERP, and the SD and MM functions are enhanced to develop business functions such as billing by card and delivery by card. The electronic bill of lading customer service system accesses the ERP server through the RFC interface, or periodically extracts the relevant information from the ERP server to the customer system database server to query the customer’s oil purchase information, and realize the legality of customer information and cards on the electronic bill of lading server. verify.entire

The electronic bill of lading management system is an enhanced application of the MM/SD module of the ERP system. It uses the SAP ABAP development platform to realize the relevant business logic in the ERP system. And developed the related functions of the stuck pipe on the ABAP platform, realized the business application of electronic bill of lading, comprehensively applied modern advanced technology, realized the functions of automatic notification of customer oil purchase information, network query and other functions, and built an advanced and convenient product oil sales enterprise. the external window.

The implementation of the electronic bill of lading management system has been well received by various companies due to its simplicity of operation and transaction security; it has greatly improved the corporate image of Sinopec, and at the same time has produced good results in terms of convenience to customers and reduction of staff workload. . First of all, the electronic bill of lading replaces the paper document, which saves the driver’s tedious procedures for going to and from the billing point when adding, adjusting and deleting delivery documents. Improve work efficiency; secondly, the system adopts mature software and hardware encryption technology, closed operation within the enterprise, enhances the security of business transactions, eliminates the risk of forging bills of lading, and avoids unnecessary economic losses; thirdly, due to the use of After the electronic bill of lading, it is more convenient and efficient for customers to purchase oil and pick up goods, and collect accurate information on customer files, and the marketing strategy is more targeted, and the management of marketing work is refined, which improves the customer’s loyalty to the company. The oriented service concept improves the functional application of ERP; fourth, after the electronic bill of lading management system is adopted, the oil depot inspection and delivery operations are completed in one go, and it is closely integrated with the automatic oil payment system to realize the ticket inspection in the oil depot. The use of such links as oil delivery, oil delivery, and warehouse delivery greatly simplifies operations and improves work efficiency; fifth, it realizes online inquiry of customer oil purchase, oil extraction, and reconciliation information, and can be inquired at business outlets through touch screen , which greatly facilitates customers.

Electronic lead seal

As international oil prices continue to soar, the invisible interests of the oil transportation industry continue to highlight. Whether it is the two major oil companies, PetroChina and Sinopec, or other oil sales companies, the issue of quantity and quality has increasingly become the main contradiction between oil companies and transportation companies. Throughout the country’s oil transportation industry, lead seals are generally used for digital and quality handover control, and the use of lead seals is directly related to the interests of oil sales companies.

However, ordinary lead seals are easy to crack and imitate, and there is still the problem of high cost of use. Calculated at 0.8 yuan per seal, and 800 vehicle deliveries occur every day, the cost of using only the positive and reverse seals is as high as 1,280 yuan per day. Moreover, the management of ordinary lead seals is difficult. In the logistics and retail centers, special personnel are required to be responsible for the collection, inventory, application, and registration of ordinary lead seals. There can be no mistakes in any link. Therefore, it takes a lot of manpower to manage and increase Labor cost. The application and registration of lead seals are all done by people. There is no technical means that can be automatically verified. It is inevitable that mistakes will occur in the work. Digital quality handover brings great inconvenience.

The electronic lead lock developed based on RFID technology, the shell is made of high temperature flame retardant modified ABS engineering plastic, with high strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and anti-collision function, is a high-security, automatic identification electronic lock, through the computer The management system can implement effective supervision of registration, issuance, inspection, unsealing, cancellation, etc., which fundamentally solves the problems that pure mechanical lead blockades are easy to be copied, counterfeited, illegally replaced, and difficult to automatically identify; it also solves the problems of common mechanical locks. If it is illegally opened, it cannot be identified after being opened and then locked, and it is difficult to manage and other problems.

Sinopec’s electronic lead blocking system consists of three parts: electronic lead blocking, handheld PDA, and positioning tags:

(1) Electronic lead blockade

The electronic lock made by RFID technology controls the mechanical lock by sensing the RFID chip, which has good encryption characteristics, and can self-record each opening and closing operation information.

(2) Handheld PDA

Unlocking equipment, the control program can be customized according to the type of business. It is divided into oil depot PDA and gas station PDA. The oil depot PDA has WIFI function, and the gas station PDA has a GSM communication module, which communicates with the electronic seal system through SMS.

(3) Positioning label

The positioning tag based on RFID technology can control the associated gas station PDA to be unlocked and closed only within a certain range, which can limit the use location of the gas station PDA. The positioning label has an anti-tear function to prevent artificial movement of the position.

The hardware part of the whole system is mainly composed of electronic seal equipment, server, etc. The electronic seal equipment is composed of electronic seal block, PDA for gas station, PDA for oil depot, and positioning label for gas station. The server needs application server, data server and SMS gateway server.

In daily use, customers swipe their cards to pick up the goods at the oil depot, and the electronic seal information will be automatically associated with the voucher information. The driver drove the car to the door of the oil depot, and the sealer held a PDA and locked the electronic seal. During the locking process, the system will check whether the electronic seal number exists in the oil depot with the outbound voucher information. After the lock is completed, the system will generate a password, record it through the electronic seal management system, and send it to the PDA device at the delivery station. After the driver delivers the oil to the gas station, he needs to drive the car within the detection range of the positioning tag. The operator of the gas station holds the gas station PDA to unlock it. During the unlocking process, it will verify whether the seal number has been delivered to the station, verify the password, and unlock after passing. After unloading the oil, lock it through the PDA at the gas station. The driver returns to the oil depot to load oil, and unlocks the reverse lock through the PDA of the oil depot.

In the whole process, the electronic seal is not easy to be cracked. Even if the criminals understand the structure and working principle of the electronic seal, it is still very difficult to crack because of the high degree of automation and good sealing performance of the electronic seal, and the cost of cracking is very high. . Once the electronic seal is opened, it cannot be reset, and an information record is generated inside, which can be used as evidence of oil theft. At the same time, because the electronic seal uses an electronic digital encryption algorithm, the possibility of duplicating the unlocking signal and unlocking password is almost zero. The use of electronic seals can effectively make up for the loopholes in the original seals and achieve the purpose of protecting the quantity and quality of oil products.

Electronic seals can be used repeatedly and have a high degree of automation. The whole process of management, locking, unlocking, and generating passwords can be automatically completed by equipment. The introduction of electronic seals can avoid the three shortcomings of one-time ordinary seals and improve the efficiency of seals. Use efficiency, reduce use costs, and create economic value.

Prospects for future applications

From the application of electronic bills of lading and electronic seals, it has laid a good foundation for further expanding the use of RFID in the future. According to the current business development of Sinopec, RFID is expected to try in more aspects.

In the future, the fuel card can use the non-contact IC card of RFID technology to improve the convenience for customers to use and reduce the wear and tear of the contact IC card to the card equipment. The current card equipment generally needs to be replaced every six months, and the annual replacement cost of the card equipment in Beijing is about 80 million. For the use of the customer in the convenience store of the gas station, the deduction service can be realized by simply placing it on the card reader when paying; for the use of the customer in the gas machine, the card reader is no longer directly at the time of payment. Contacting the card greatly reduces the loss and failure rate of the card reader, prolongs the life and replacement, and reduces the cost of equipment renewal.

One of the biggest benefits of our current fuel card is that it helps the unit to use vehicle fuel by refueling the vehicle number. But the work on the car number is done manually by our gas staff. You can consider using RFID technology to install non-contact vehicle tags at the fuel filler of the vehicle, and install a card reader on the fuel gun of the fuel dispenser. When refueling, insert the refueling card, and the restricted vehicle number can be read out. The card reader on the fuel gun reads the non-contact vehicle label of the refueling port, identifies the vehicle number, and authorizes refueling if it matches, otherwise refuses to refuel.

RFID technology can also be used to improve the service for VIP customers, using the contactless parking card currently used in the parking lot, or using a similar high-speed ETC method, or combining with high-speed ETC, adding wireless vehicle identification at the entrance of the gas station, and transmitting it to the station level. System, the station-level system sends the customer information to the oil machine payment terminal, and the oiler can pay special attention to VIP customers and provide better services.
