In this project, there are 200 sections of intelligent compact shelves, each with 4 sections and 50 columns in total, which can manage 30,000 file boxes.
Each of the file boxes corresponds to a bin, each bin corresponds to a position sensor and an indicator light, and an RFID tag is attached to each file box, which can display the in-situ detection, inventory, precise positioning and implementation of each file box. Monitoring, saving a lot of manpower and material resources, greatly improving the efficiency of file management. This project is the first domestic case of applying RFID technology to file management on a large scale, and the tight and orderly implementation and good results after implementation have been highly recognized by customers. The implementation of the project has played a good role in publicity and played a good starting role for the promotion of the project in the later stage.
