Jin Mao Tower is located along the Huangpu River. It was completed in 1999 with a total of 88 floors, a total height of 420.5 meters, and an area of 2.3 hectares. Shanghai Tower is the tallest building in Shanghai, with a height of 632 meters. It consists of a 121-story main building, a 5-story podium building and a 5-story basement. It is the first time in a super high-rise building to install a twisted and rising flexible curtain wall in a double-layered manner. The main building is divided into nine areas, of which the first area is the podium, mainly for commercial rooms and the entrance to the lobby, the second to sixth areas are office rooms, the seventh area is the hotel, the eighth area is the hotel and apartment, and the ninth area is the observation deck .
