The “Smart Campus” demonstration project is one of the first key demonstration projects of “Four Modernizations Integration, Smart Foshan” launched by the Chancheng District People’s Government in September 2010 and completed and put into operation in May 2012. The project selected four different types of schools, namely Foshan No. 3 Middle School, Fenjiang Middle School, Foshan Experimental School and Nanzhuang Central Primary School, to establish pilot projects of “smart campus” demonstration projects. The project has a total investment of 18 million, of which the government invested 15 million.
In September 2011, Foshan Tianyi Zhonghe successfully won the bid for the “Campus Sensor Network” project of the “Smart Campus” demonstration project in Chancheng District, Foshan City. The project is based on the campus to sense the location and status of relevant personnel and objects, and transmit the data to the data center, which is classified and processed according to needs, for the campus security management, personnel monitoring management, school affairs event management, and important assets. Management, confidential data management and other work, provide a real-time and effective intelligent technology management platform.
As of the middle of 2012, our company has completed the equipment installation and commissioning of four primary and secondary schools in Foshan, and has successfully accepted and delivered them for use. Today, this project has deployed about 70 signal receiving terminals in the school, realizing the monitoring of more than 150 important assets in the school, the management of thousands of school personnel, the remote power management of multiple multimedia classrooms in the school, and the transmission of classified data. Supervision has greatly improved the school’s information management efficiency. The successful implementation of the project has won unanimous praise from the Chancheng District Education Bureau and various schools, laying a solid foundation for our company to promote the “Smart Campus Management System” on a large scale in the future.
