Recently, Xiupai Technology undertook the “wireless positioning and emergency alarm call system” project of intelligent elderly care in Foshan City. As the first phase of the pilot intelligent construction project, it is close to completion.
Taicheng Center covers a total area of 131,000 square meters, and its intelligent systems cover halls, multi-functional rooms, libraries, coffee shops, exhibition halls, intelligent monitoring rooms, single/double suites, conference rooms, computer rooms, storage rooms, aisles, etc. Positioning coverage is performed.

The project adopts the method of regional activation positioning + 2.4GHz transmission, with indiscriminate positioning penetration performance and the original technical means of “activation is positioning”, to achieve high-precision positioning and greatly reduce positioning errors. Nearly 50 locations are deployed in the project, and precise location is carried out for 4 aisles, 8 entrances and exits, and 34 rooms in this floor. All location devices are hidden and installed, and no traces of location devices can be found in corridors or rooms.
When the community medical staff and the elderly enter the coverage area and are read by the system, they can be 100% located. At the same time, the visual monitoring background includes indoor and outdoor positioning, active help, out-of-bounds or timeout and overload alarms, label low-power alarms, electronic maps, and tracks. Inquiry, attendance, user authorization and visitor management, historical information inquiry and other functions can also be linked with third-party systems to support access to access control, gates, audio and video, and perimeter emergency alarms.

As a benchmark in Guangdong, the project has been approved by the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs as the first provincial pension institution in Guangdong Province, and it is also one of the top ten intelligent system projects in Yuexiu area.
