Checkpoint Systems, a US provider of product identification, tracking and security solutions, recently announced that a North American retail chain has completed Checkpoint’s certification in all of its specialty stores.RFIDThere are more than 1,000 solutions deployed.
The retailer (who would not disclose identity information) uses Checkpoint’s solution to improve the accuracy of inventory counts and to ensure timely supply of goods. The program can record and track each store and the goods in transit.
Checkpoint claims that the retailer has already conducted a pilot program and completed the installation and deployment of Checkpoint systems in more than 1,000 specialty stores in just 100 days.
“The retailer chose us because Checkpoint’s RFID system is compatible with multiple standards. In addition, we have achieved good results in the pilot program during the past one and a half to two years. In addition, we are competent to match up every week.
