The German REWE Group is one of the largest retailers in Europe, with 12,000 stores in 14 countries with 270,000 employees and a turnover of 43.5 billion euros. Confidex has successfully delivered 12,000 Confidex Halo tags to the German REWE Group in the fourth quarter of 2007 for use in the company’s asset management. This tag is used to identify the location of the warehouse shelf, and the reader is placed on the forklift.
