Picking process
According to the frequency of shipments, there are two ways to correspond between electronic tags and locations: 3 A Lines use a 1-to-1 mode and 1 C Line use a 1-to-many mode. The system sends out the goods task, the logistics box arrives at each channel along the conveyor line, the picker scans the packing label of the logistics box, the box number label lights up, and the electronic label on the corresponding storage location of the goods contained in the order lights up, and the workers Pick the goods according to the number displayed on the label. After picking in this area, put the logistics box on the conveyor line, it will automatically scroll to the next area, and other workers will repeat the above process and continue picking. Until the goods corresponding to this order are all picked, the logistics box is rolled to the review area for pre-shipment inspection, and finally packaged and shipped. The entire picking process is orderly, achieving high speed, high efficiency and low error rate.
