In the redrying plant of Hongyun Honghe Group, the “identity card” of cigarettes has two forms: barcode and RFID tag. These two forms of “identity card” contain the same content. RFID tag format has the characteristics of multi-tag reading, non-visual reading, long reading distance, etc., which facilitates the reading of label data for logistics in and out. As a traditional identification mode, bar code is an effective supplement to RFID tags. The two forms back up each other, which effectively improves the applicability of the label.

Similar to a citizen’s personal ID card, the uniqueness of the “ID card” of a cigarette is determined by a 32-bit code. The information contained in the 32-bit code mainly includes rebaking production company code, production line, shift, commissioning unit company code, production date, etc. At the same time, the built-in data of the “ID card” is readable and writable, which is suitable for the characteristics of long life cycle of cigarettes and frequent daily maintenance. It can also continuously record related management information of cigarettes to realize the logistics and quality traceability of cigarettes.

In order to quickly and conveniently read the “ID card” information, Hongyun Honghe Group has designed multiple scanning methods such as PDA mobile scanning, fixed gantry scanning, forklift scanning, etc., to facilitate the scanning of cigarettes. Quickly scan the code and enter the warehouse. Once the information is read, it is uploaded to the group data center through the network system and connected with ERP, MES and other systems to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of information within the enterprise.
