2.1 Engine assembly production line

2.1.3 Product quality inspection station

When the assembled engine enters the quality inspection station, the logistics control management information system performs the following operations:

1. The reading (writing) device reads the data information stored in the electronic label on the product, and the logistics control management information system will confirm it according to the station number information;
2. After confirming that it is correct, the management system issues an engine quality inspection instruction, which is displayed on the computer screen of the assembly station, prompting the assembly workers to perform quality inspection operations;
3. For the engine that has passed the quality inspection, the information in the electronic tag is read by the reader, and after the information enters the logistics control management system, it enters the next assembly process;
4. For the engine that fails the quality inspection, the inspection staff finds out the cause of the failure, and after reading the information in the electronic tag through the reader, compares it with the information in the management system to find out where the failure occurred, and then judge it. 2.2 Generator assembly production line

The generator assembly process is basically similar to the engine assembly process. The difference is that after the generator is assembled, the number information in the electronic tag needs to be cleared to facilitate the recycling of the electronic tag.

When the generator completes all the component installation procedures and the product reaches the final label removal and printing station:

1. The reading (writing) device reads the data information stored in the electronic label on the product, and the logistics control management information system will confirm it according to the station number information;
2. After confirming that it is correct, the management system issues an electronic label disassembly instruction, which is displayed on the computer screen of the assembly station, prompting the assembly worker to perform the operation;
3. After the assembler completes the disassembly process and confirms, it will feed back to the logistics control management information system;
4. The logistics control management information system issues a printing instruction to the assembly station computer to complete statistical printing;
5. After printing, the logistics delivery control system will activate the delivery mechanical transmission system to deliver the assembled products to the next production assembly line.

3. Electronic tag storage information and management software system


A. The capacity of the information stored in the electronic tag can reach 1K, and it can store:

1. Product model to be assembled-fixed information
2. The serial number of the product to be assembled-fixed information
3. Product initial manufacturing year and month-fixed information
4. Other loading information or dynamic information

In addition, the product assembly online time and product assembly station number information are suitable for being automatically obtained from the assembly station management machine, and not suitable for writing directly into the electronic label.
