RFID solution for intelligent weighing management system
[ad_1]
1. Project background
In recent years, many companies have encountered many problems such as few records, missing records, and private vehicles in the transportation of finished products and vehicle management. More and more arrogant people have not only caused a serious loss of corporate assets and income, but also formed work habits that are extremely unfavorable to long-term development due to inadequate management measures, which have seriously affected the management and management of the company. Economic benefits.
For this reason, the release of a complete set of transportation vehicles and truck scale weighing systems with RFID identification technology has become imminent. It should not only make vehicle management information-based, but the most important thing is that it must be able to achieve real leak-proof requirements on the basis of radio frequency identification technology, infrared alignment technology, video surveillance and other technologies.
Two existing problems
Interchange license plates for carts and carts
The vehicle is not fully weighed on the scale
Collusion to replace goods fraud
Detour and repeat weighing on the scale
The use of radio frequency identification (RFID), the latest technology product, can fundamentally solve the above-mentioned problems. The Seventh Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Seventh Institute) has developed a corresponding RFID solution for the weighbridge management system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and according to the actual situation and needs of weighbridge management.
Three system introduction
The RFID system consists of three parts: a reader, an electronic tag and an application software system, as shown in Figure 1. Its working principle is: the reader emits radio waves of a specific frequency to the electronic tag to drive the electronic tag circuit to send out the internal data. At this time, the reader will sequentially receive and interpret the data and send it to the application software for corresponding processing. .
In practical applications, the electronic tag is attached to the surface of the object to be identified, and the electronic data in the agreed format is stored in it. The reader sends out a certain frequency radio frequency signal through the antenna. When the tag enters the magnetic field, it generates an induced current, and sends out its own coded and stored information. The reader reads and decodes the information and then transmits it to the host application software for correlation. Processing, so as to achieve the purpose of automatically identifying objects in different states (moving, static). The basic principle of using RFID technology for item management is shown in Figure 2.
Traditional weighbridge management mainly uses manual identification, which is not only inefficient, but also prone to errors. Compared with traditional weighbridge management, the weighbridge management system based on RFID identification technology has the characteristics of all-weather anti-interference, long reading distance, fast identification speed, and no need for precise alignment. Table 1 is the statistics of the time spent on manual login, barcode identification and RFID identification in practical applications.
Therefore, RFID recognition has higher efficiency and accuracy than manual login and barcode recognition. The application of RFID identification technology in weighbridge management will surely greatly reduce its error rate and improve work efficiency.
Four system workflow
(1) When the car enters the weighing channel of the truck scale, the vehicle detector installed at the crossing immediately senses that there is a car entering, and transmits the signal to the barriers and traffic lights in front. The barriers are immediately closed and the signal lights turn red. , Prompts the driver to drive slowly, and at the same time requires the weighing instrument and reader to start working.
(2) When the electronic tag on the vehicle enters the reading range of the reader, the information of the vehicle will be transmitted to the host through the antenna-the reader. After verifying the legality of the “vehicle identity”, the control signal light will send out the correct Signal, instruct the electronic scale to start transmitting weight information; at the same time, the camera is used to monitor whether the vehicle is parked at the designated position and capture the image of the vehicle. If the vehicle is parked normally, the weighing signal can be accepted by the computer.
(3) When the host receives the ID number (corresponding to an identification code) and weight information, it accurately records and backs up the relevant information; then, the system sends an instruction to the controller, and the relay on the controller acts to open the barrier, and at the same time The signal traffic light turns green. The vehicle can drive away from the truck scale channel.
(4) The host transmits the vehicle-related information to the data management center, and they finally complete the data processing and statistical tasks, and then send the data to the designated place through the local area network.
Five on-site application pictures
The following is a picture of the application of the RFID system in the seven ports of a port.
Six benefits brought by the system
1.Information collection automation
The weighing data output by the vehicle scale and the electronic tag card number installed on the vehicle are processed by related equipment and then transmitted to the computer. The computer immediately displays the weight of the cargo carried by the car and stores it in the computer’s database. Users can perform operations such as querying, summarizing, and printing according to their needs, thereby realizing information collection automation.
2.Strengthen management to prevent favoritism and fraud
One card for one car, the electronic label is pasted on the windshield of the car, which has the function of tamper-proof. Once the electronic tag is torn off the glass, the chip inside is damaged and cannot be used again. Each time the weighing scale weighs, it strictly corresponds to one card and one car. Cooperate with the camera’s image capture function to ensure that the entire system data is foolproof and accurate.
3.Establish corporate image, improve work efficiency, and reduce operating costs
The system performs computer automated network management on all truck scales (weighbridges) in the entire unit, and can easily measure the weight of the car when the car is empty and full, and understand the actual weight of the goods loaded in the car in real time, thereby greatly improving the work efficiency of the enterprise.
4.Protect the safety of this area and prevent illegal vehicles from entering
The system can be integrated with the parking lot management system. Only vehicles with legal electronic tags can enter the car cargo weighing area, thereby improving the safety of the area. In terms of refueling tank trucks, it is particularly important.
Seven Conclusion
The intelligent weighing RFID application management system independently developed by the Seventh Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation introduces advanced ultra-high frequency passive RFID technology, which has the advantages of high reliability, high efficiency, and user-friendly operation interface. The operation and use of the system will greatly reduce the error rate of loadometer management, greatly improve work efficiency, improve the real-time and accuracy of data, and will greatly improve the modernization and informatization image of the enterprise unit, and win higher levels among customers. Reputation.
