TK-LOG started its own cold storage in Germany. About 1,400 items and 50.000 delivery pallets need to be managed. Traditional warehouse management technology cannot meet the management requirements of all goods.
At present, the company uses RFID technology to control the four links of the cold chain and complete the monitoring of the temperature of the goods. The four links are:
1. Ship the goods from the supplier to the TK-LOG company
2. Shipping from TK-LOG company to customer store
3. The customer puts the goods into the horizontal freezer
4. Solve the problem of product temperature during the sales process
Target:
◆Implement monitoring of the cold chain process
◆Accurately simulate the product temperature according to the ambient temperature
◆Transmit information through electronic tags
◆Reveal the critical temperature change process in the cold chain
Method of implementation:
◆We install a label with a temperature sensor on each tray
◆The time interval of temperature monitoring is once every minute
◆Write the tray information into the label
◆Read the temperature information and the information stored in the tag through a mobile handheld device
◆Calculate the temperature of the product based on the measured temperature of the surrounding environment
◆Analyze and optimize the entire cold chain
Temperature simulation:
The products are grouped, and the products are divided into 5 temperature groups according to different temperature stability. In this way, the tests on all commodities follow the standard test specifications.
Develop a formula to simulate the temperature of each group of commodities from the trend of the ambient temperature, and collect and simulate the temperature of each group of commodities placed on each tray through a mobile RFID handheld device.
