One month later, the project has now entered the acceptance stage. The project is implemented in 6 areas, using 1,280 electronic tags, 11 X-Gate-P4 controllers, and 24 order displays.
The label used in this project is a six-digit seven-segment picking electronic label. It adopts an overall substrate design, a bus transmission method, and has high stability. It can be applied to a wider range of application scenarios. At the same time, the electronic label adopts a light button integrated design, super large The button and the light display adopt imported LED components with a brightness of more than 100 lumens, which can be clearly identified.
The project cooperates with the WMS system to realize intelligent picking and distribution. When the DPS receives the order and the order is not activated in the area, the order display will display information such as the number of tasks in the current area, and the button light will prompt the current job task; when the order is activated in the area, the order display will display the order number And the number of tasks in the current work area, and the number of tasks in subsequent arrangements.
At the same time, the system provides a powerful modeling platform, which allows users to easily establish realistic visual software logic diagrams based on actual physical information such as on-site shelf layout and equipment deployment. Through this platform, equipment configuration can be conveniently performed, which makes the maintenance, modification, and expansion of the entire PTL system very easy.
