Using radio to realize global wireless meter reading: The data of the counter on the gantry crane is sent to the base station of the control center through the existing radio communication system of the terminal. The base station runs the software through the PC connected to the radio station to automatically store the data of each gantry crane as document. Meter reading can also be done via wireless channels such as WIFI and GPRS.
PDA is used for short-distance wireless meter reading. In order to make up for the problem that the radio meter reading may not be possible when individual equipment is out of power, the PDA wireless meter reading function is added. Through the special software, the PDA can read the unread meter device number, perform automatic meter reading on site, and then transfer the data to the server to complete the meter reading of all gantry cranes.
