Zhongke Wantong’s RFID license plate recognition system has been fully applied in the railway container central station. At present, the system has been successfully put into operation at Chongqing Central Station. The central stations in Chengdu, Zhengzhou, and Dalian have also entered the commissioning stage, and several central stations in Xi’an, Qingdao, Dalian, and Wuhan are also scheduled to be put into operation this year.
This system focuses on improving the passing capacity of railway container central stations, adopting long-distance passive RFID technology to realize long-distance automatic identification of vehicle information, which can reduce manual intervention, thereby speeding up the passage of container vehicles at gates, improving work efficiency, and increasing railways The container throughput of the container central station. At the same time, the RFID card used in this system cannot be removed once installed. Forcible removal will cause the card to be damaged and unrecognizable, so as to eliminate vehicle license plate and realize effective supervision of vehicle legality.
