With the rapid innovation of the information industry and the rapid development of the network, smart card technology has been accepted and applied by all walks of life in society. Among them, the non-contact smart card “all-in-one card” is due to its advanced technology, convenient use, confidentiality and security. More and more widely used in various fields, government agencies, office buildings, smart communities, large enterprises, commercial consumption, highway tolls, campuses, hospitals, etc., identity recognition, parking lot management, access control, passage control, attendance, conference sign-in , Personnel information, consumption/POS, library management, energy control, etc. are the most commonly used functions.
The Beihai campus of Guilin University of Electronic Technology is a public university. Nearly 10,000 teachers and students in the school have adopted smart card access control and attendance, consumption and water control management systems, which facilitates the daily management of the campus.

Advanced
This system is designed with full consideration of the advanced nature of equipment and technology. This system adopts the non-contact IC card of PHILIPS Company (8K memory, IC chip can be read and written), and its storage structure allows the card to be used in a multi-application system. There are as many as sixteen different applications, freeing managers from cumbersome management methods, while allowing users to feel its speed, convenience and ease.
Good scalability
We have fully considered the scalability of the system’s capacity increase:
1. The network design adopts the bus system, and all equipment management hosts are hung on the bus. When the system is increased in the future, only the management equipment needs to be directly connected to the bus, without the need to modify the line;
2. The IC card system application software can support the use of 100,000 cards, which can fully meet the needs of future personnel growth;
3. The storage structure of the non-contact IC card (8K memory, readable and writable IC chip) allows the card to be used in multi-application systems.
4. The non-contact smart card system is used to realize the integrated management of campus canteen charges, book borrowing, commissary charges, apartment water control, classroom electricity control, office electricity control, gymnasium charges, hospital charges, club charges, faculty and staff, student attendance and access control
When the system consumes, you only need to show the effective distance of the recharged IC card in the induction area of the toll machine to complete the consumption. Eliminates the various drawbacks that may occur in the old consumption mode, that is, speeds up the operation, improves the consumption mode, strengthens the security of the system, and is conducive to intelligent management. System safety and reliability
All terminal devices of smart card products are single-chip microcomputers with microprocessors and memories to ensure the accuracy of data calculations and the integrity of data storage; the IC card adopts the M1 type logical encryption memory card of PHILIPS company, with a 32-bit unique serial number in the world. , To prevent copying, the card can be triple-encrypted, which has stronger security and stability than magnetic cards and ID cards that require real-time networking.
The upper management software of the system runs on the existing campus LAN, and each terminal device is connected to a workstation near the LAN. All cards are issued uniformly after the management center establishes the personnel data. If there is a personnel data software before, the original database data can be called without having to re-enter it. The consumption data is collected by each management workstation and then transmitted to the server, and the statistics of each report are generated through the management workstation accessing the server database.
