1 Project overview
The Huaxu Gold Card Intelligent Building System will provide the “One Card” function for the integrated management and service of the China Telecom Group’s Telecom Command Center Building, including: identity management, attendance management, consumption management (canteen, entertainment, fitness and medical care), Information borrowing, entrance and exit control management, security patrol management, parking lot management.
The Telecommunications Command Center Building of the General Administration of China Telecom is located in C5 Plot, Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. It has a total construction area of 58,398 square meters, 19 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. It was put into use in 2000.
2 Scheme design
2.1 System integration goals
On the operating platform of the smart card system, it will be integrated with security systems, property management systems, office automation systems, library management systems, medical management systems, and internal consumption systems to form a comprehensive service management system for the building’s “one card”.
2.2 Key technologies and solutions
The China Telecom Group Smart Card System essentially means that the cardholder can use one card to have unimpeded access in all related areas of the entire system, and various terminal devices can recognize this card, so as to achieve the purpose of the all-in-one card.
Through the unified issuance of cards, unified database management to achieve “all-in-one card”. When the card is issued, the data required by each subsystem such as identification information, amount information, transaction information, etc. are recorded on the card. The central database records various information tables such as transaction flow reservoir tables, terminal equipment management database tables, card database tables, cardholder database tables, and unit database tables. Each subsystem shares the card and database, extracts the required information from the card or database according to their specific needs, and can write the results into the database or card when necessary, so as to realize the information sharing of the entire system. 3 System composition
3.1 Network system
The entire network can be seen as three major structures, namely, the management LAN of each subsystem, the backbone network of the building and the LAN of the control center. The central LAN can be divided into the following subnets: access control, attendance, patrol management subnet, library management subnet, property management subnet, consumer subnet, Parking lot management subnet, medical management subnet, control center local area network.
3.2 Application software system

Specifically, it consists of a card issuing subsystem, an information management subsystem, a real-time monitoring subsystem, a statistics and analysis subsystem, an information service subsystem, an accounting management subsystem, a clearing subsystem, a reporting subsystem, and a security management subsystem. .
The control center of the all-in-one card system is composed of the application software system and its hardware system. This center is both a management center, a card issuance center, and a clearing center.
