In order to speed up the meeting sign-in speed, strengthen the management of meeting sign-in work, and improve the efficiency of the meeting, Shanghai Shijia Intelligent System Co., Ltd. has launched the Internet of Things meeting management system. This system uses UHF RFID, GPRS, WiFi and other Internet of Things technologies. It has realized functions such as automatic sign-in and display of meetings, statistics of participants, and SMS reminders of meetings and meals. Participants can complete the sign-in work without staying, which not only can avoid swiping cards, but also has more user-friendly management. 1. Production of representative card: The size of the representative card is customized according to the requirements of the conference organizer, and the electronic label is encapsulated in the representative card. According to the requirements of the conference organizer, the name and theme of the conference, the organizer, the organizer, and the co-organizer are printed on the front of the representative card.
2. Information registration: Before the meeting, enter the name, unit, title, mobile phone number and other information of the attending representatives reported by each participating unit into the meeting management system database in advance. When the delegates register, they will receive their representative badges at the conference registration office; if there are delegates who have not registered in advance, they can enter the data in time at the conference registration office and import the registration into the conference management system database.
3. Information recognition and display: Open intelligent automatic identification channels and LCD screens will be installed in the venue. According to the actual situation of the conference venue, Shanghai Shijia’s intelligent open automatic identification channel (product code SC-ID-C2) and LCD screens will be installed in the main channel of the conference and the noon dining area, so that the delegates will automatically sign in when they pass the automatic identification channel during the conference. Make personnel statistics and records, and the LCD screen displays the names, units, positions and related welcome speeches of the participants.
4. Meeting reminder: According to the requirements of meeting management, you can independently set the time point for participation or meal overdue. When it is due, the representative will be reminded of the meeting and meal location and time through SMS.
