The construction of the “Campus All-in-One Card System” will effectively promote the efficiency of logistics management and provide better services for teachers, students and staff. The “Campus All-in-One Card System” has become an indispensable part of the work, study and life of masters and students. Our school’s “campus all-in-one card system” adopts a tripartite cooperation model of school-bank-enterprise cooperation. The school puts forward the business needs, the Shanghai branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China contributes, and the two parties jointly select the system developer to be responsible for the construction. 1. System function

Shower/Boiling Water Billing: Swipe the card to shower/turn on the water, billing on time, equipped with infrared switch, can start and stop the water as needed (billing), scientifically and effectively manage the bathroom and boiling water room, so that the cardholder can develop and save the boiling water The good habit of saving water sources while also saving energy.
Self-service photocopying: Cardholders can swipe their cards to copy, and they are billed according to print volume, without manual intervention, which saves manpower.
Go online on the computer: Manage the computer room scientifically and efficiently, which is convenient for cardholders and reduces the workload of management staff. Cardholders can easily swipe their cards to get on and off the machine, and the management staff saves the heavy work of ticket vending in the past.
(2) Identity recognition functions
Book lending: integrated with the library management system, readers must swipe their card to verify their identity before entering the library; readers swipe their card to enter the reading room, which is convenient for statistics of readers’ traffic in each reading room; readers swipe the card to borrow books, completely replacing the original bar code library card .
Physical exercise: Make use of the school’s original physical exercise system and read the card-related interface functions for matching; realize the application function of electronic assessment of students’ physical exercise.
