The implementation of the community “all-in-one card” will bring great convenience to users and will also add attractive “hot spots” to the rental and sale of the community.

2. Application background
The first phase of Shenzhen Shekou Haiyue Garden was completed in 2001. In order to make the community management scientific, standardized, and intelligent, and to provide owners with more thoughtful and meticulous services, Shenzhen China Merchants Real Estate Co., Ltd. proposed to add IC card projects in the community, requiring the system to have The following functions:

The so-called “all-in-one card” refers to how to build the application platform of the IC card as a whole, so as to bring all independent application systems into unified management. All-in-one card technology involves various aspects, such as network technology, communication technology, database technology, automatic control technology, etc., but its core is still IC card technology and reading and writing equipment. It can be said that IC cards and reading and writing equipment are the supporting points of all-in-one card technology.
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction for the construction of digital communities, based on full discussions with Shenzhen China Merchants Real Estate, our company uses IC card technology accumulated over the years, and takes the digital community “all-in-one card” as the starting point. The card issuance management system is used to realize the management of IC card personal information and consumption authority. Including personnel information entry, loss reporting and blacklist management, card renewal and card replacement, IC card data query and other functions.
The IC card is an empty card before it is issued and cannot be used. It must be issued through the system before it can be used. The issued IC card can be used for operations such as door opening, attendance, consumption, entry and exit of the parking lot, and book borrowing according to the authority. A single card realizes multiple functions, that is, the “all-in-one card”.
Haiyue Garden digital community IC card is divided into management card and community card. Management cards are provided to operators of various IC card terminals, and community cards are provided to owners.
Community cards are divided into main cards and paid cards. Each household has one main card and multiple paid cards. The main card is issued by the bank, and then initialized at the community management center, so that the main card can be used in the community, such as access control, parking, club consumption, etc., or outside the community, that is, the function of the bank card is retained, and the real realization One card with multiple functions; the payment card is issued by the community and mainly provided to the relatives of the owner. When the payment card is issued, the system will confirm the relationship with the owner and establish an internal connection between the card and the main card. Since community IC cards are linked to bank accounts, this requires very strict measures for the management of IC cards, including administrative management and technical management. Administrative management requires that all main cards must sign an account opening agreement with the bank. Damaged or lost cards must be handled within the specified time. Technical management is the establishment of a closed-loop operating environment from the issuance of the card to the use of the card in various consumer terminals. The information on the card must be encrypted and protected, and reliable authentication must be carried out between the card and the terminal. 2. Community consumption system
It is used for charging places such as business centers, entertainment centers, restaurants, parking lots, etc., in the community, to realize the charging of IC card holders and non-card holders from outside, and reduce unnecessary cash flow.
The community consumption system is composed of IC card consumption/charge terminal (POS), management host, IC card reader/writer, communication network and management software. Mobile POS machines (buses, activity points, etc.) adopt offline mode, and realize data upload and download between POS machines and the host through data collectors, and fixed POS machines (consumption in clubs, etc.) adopt a network connection method, and the management host summarizes each consumption in real time Point consumption data and download the consumption data in POS through the network.

3. IC card access control system

Compared with ordinary door locks, IC card access control system has the characteristics of high security, one card with multiple locks, one lock with multiple cards, one card with multiple functions, storage of card swiping records, alarm for illegal card operations, and replacement of lost cards. The IC card access control system adopts the networking mode. The networking mode can monitor the status of each unit door in real time, issue IC card numbers, extract credit card records and other functions.
4. IC card family management system
The family property management system is mainly to provide community residents with a management system for daily consumption and security of the family based on IC cards. The design of the family IC card property management system takes safety as the core and easy-to-use as the goal, providing safe and thoughtful services for the residents of the community. 7. Fund settlement
A distinctive feature of the community “all-in-one card” is that it minimizes cash flow and management costs.
