With the popularization and application of science and technology, many departments in various industries in modern society have introduced IC card intelligent management systems, hoping to improve the management level and reduce management costs. The use of the “one card” intelligent management system, which is an intelligent management method in residential quarters, can improve the efficiency of property management, reduce property management personnel, and become a good way for residential quarters to move toward scientific and intelligent management. Through the “all-in-one card” system, the payment of fees for entry and exit, consumption, and property management of residents in the community has been realized, the effective monitoring and management of people, finances, and materials have been strengthened, and the resource sharing rate has been improved.

The “all-in-one card” in engineering applications at this stage is a system engineering based on the integration of various system software. In order to meet the needs of the owners, a single intelligent system with independent equipment and software such as access control, parking lot, consumption, payment, etc. is combined together and installed in a certain area, because each person holds a card, that can be achieved Opening the door, entering and leaving the parking lot, shopping, paying various fees, etc., so it is called the “all-in-one card.”

1 Engineering example

  

The author has just recently completed the design, construction and commissioning of the Shunfeng Century Garden project, which has a total construction area of ​​90,130 m2 and can accommodate 450 households. There are 3 underground parking lots and 1 above ground parking lot with 460 parking spaces. The “One Card” system includes the following contents: access control management system, consumption management system, parking lot management system, and central property management system.

1.1 Design and realization of access control management system

  

The access control system of this community is divided into two parts, the first part: the 3 gates of the community, 13 unit doors and the 9 elevator halls of the underground garage of the residential area are equipped with a set of access control systems; the second part: the community’s 450 families, each with an access control system. A total of 475 sets of access control systems have been installed in the community.

When the IC card holder is within the effective distance of the reader, the information in the card is read by the reader and transmitted to the controller and the main control computer at the same time. The controller will automatically identify the identity and activate the electronic door lock in an instant. At this time, the controller and the main control computer will record the card number, name, access time, and access control points of the cardholder in real time, and can print reports at any time as needed. If the cardholder’s permission is restricted and no access is allowed, the electric lock will not operate. If you enter by force, the system will automatically send the alarm signal to the main control computer to alarm, and the security personnel will handle it, so as to achieve the purpose of prohibiting the entry of unqualified persons. If the card is accidentally lost, just log off the card in the software of the controller or the main control computer.

When residents or outsiders need to enter the community, the residents use IC cards to open the door, or they can open the door by calling the property management center monitoring room. Outsiders can only call the property management center monitoring room to open the door. After the residents park their cars in the underground parking lot, they use their IC cards to read the card on the access card reader in front of the elevator hall door. After hearing the crisp buzzing sound, the elevator hall door opens and the residents can enter the elevator smoothly Hall, take the elevator to reach the floor you want to go to. At the same time, the computer in the monitoring room of the property management center records when and where the residents pass through which elevator hall in the underground garage.
  
Residents entering their homes also read their IC cards on the access control card readers of their homes. After hearing the crisp buzzing sound, the anti-theft door electric lock is opened and the residents can directly enter the home.

1.2 Design and realization of consumption system

  

In the consumer outlets in the community, set up card-holding consumption special seats, and cardholders pay directly with IC cards. The system adopts a centralized database management system, and all consumer terminals are connected to the central database through the RS485 network, and the cardholders are deducted in real time. Real-time deductions and centralized database methods have the strongest security and reliability.

1.2.1 Shopping mall consumption
  
There are a total of 6 consumer terminals in the shopping malls of the community. Each POS machine is equipped with a card reader. The card reader has a keyboard interface. When the cardholder pays, he can directly swipe the card. The POS terminal reads the unique card number of the card and reads from the database. Take the balance of the card account and display it, and deduct the consumption amount; when non-cardholders consume, the POS machine directly calculates the consumption amount and pays cash for settlement.

1.2.2 Consumption in fitness facilities

  

There is a tennis court in the community. The tennis court is a self-service consumption place, which is only open to residents in the community. There is a set of access control systems for the entrance and the population of the tennis court. Cardholders can only swipe their cards to enter the tennis court. And swipe the card at the exit, and the access control system will deduct the consumer’s consumption by the central management system according to the time of entry and exit and the card number. There is an indoor swimming pool in the community, and an access control system is set at the entrance. The cardholder swipes the card at the entrance. According to the card number, the central management system deducts the payment for consumers. When non-cardholders consume Pay cash directly for settlement.

1.2.3 Consumption in entertainment venues
  
There are 6 chess and card rooms in the community, and an access control system is set up at each population. The cardholder swipes the card at the population. The access control system is based on the card number, and the central management system charges consumers and deducts money on time.

1.2.4 Payment of water, electricity, gas and property management
  
The data of the three meters of water, electricity and gas in this community is a computer automatic reading and receiving remote transmission system, which is shared with the property management system of the community center. Therefore, the cardholder can pay at the property management center with the card. The deduction of expenses from the cardholder’s account can also be used by the property company to deduct the corresponding expenses from the cardholder’s account after signing a deduction agreement with the property company.

1.3 Parking lot management system

  

The three underground parking lots in the community are all used by fixed users, and one above-ground parking lot is used by temporary users.

1.3.1 Admission

  

When a temporary vehicle enters the above-ground parking lot, the security personnel will issue a card to the driver, and the automatic road gate will lift the barrier to release the vehicle. After the vehicle passes, the barrier will be lowered by itself.
When a fixed car enters the underground parking lot, it is detected by the ground sensor coil, and the driver swipes the IC card over the population sensor (the card reading distance is 75cm), the reader reads the card and judges its validity, and based on the corresponding card number, Stored in the database of the host computer. If it is valid, the automatic road gate will raise the barrier to let the vehicle pass, and the vehicle will automatically lower the barrier after passing; if it is invalid, no admission is allowed.

1.3.2 Appearance
When the temporary car leaves the ground parking lot, the driver will hand the temporary card to the toll collector, and the toll computer will automatically charge the fee, and the toll display board will prompt the driver to pay the fee. After the toll collector confirms that he is correct, he presses the confirm button, and the electric railing is raised to let the vehicle pass. After the vehicle passes, the electric railing automatically drops, and the toll computer records the vehicle information in the consumption database.
When a fixed car drives out of the underground parking lot, the car is detected by the detection coil, and the driver swipes the IC card at the exit sensor, and the card reader reads the card to judge its validity. If it is valid, the vehicle will be released automatically from the hurdle. After the vehicle passes, the railing will automatically fall; if it is invalid, an alarm will be issued and the passage will not be allowed.

 
1.4 Central Management System

The key to the realization of the “One Card” system is the establishment of the community center management system. The author has done the following two tasks in the implementation of this community project.

1.4.1 Equipment selection
  
This project adopts HDS2208C networked access control controller, card reader and controller are integrated, the hardware system adopts patch technology and wave soldering, and it is divided into two parts: indoor unit and outdoor unit. The indoor unit has a keyboard and LCD display, which can display the year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and week. The clock can still operate normally when it is not powered. The outdoor unit, that is, the card reader is enclosed in the casing and is dust-proof ,water proof. If the outdoor unit is stolen, the indoor unit has an alarm function. The use of lost card, blacklist card, illegal card, etc. will automatically report to the police.
The access control system is very cost-effective, and it just meets the owner’s functional needs and price requirements. And because of its powerful dynamic link library function, it fully meets the integration requirements of the “one card”.
The parking lot system uses JS600 series products, which have a high market share and stable performance. The most important point is that it can open its database and provide an effective interface for system integration.

1.4.2 System integration

  

The “all-in-one card” system of the community is centered on the property management system. Therefore, in terms of software, the development of the property management system is the focus of the entire system. On the basis of completing the basic function development, we highlighted the construction of the database system. The database of the access control, consumption, parking lot, and three-meter system of the community all open their data formats and data locations, and the property management system is integrated into a large database. , Record the cardholder’s detailed information and store the current cardholder’s balance, which is equivalent to the internal bank of the community. Therefore, from the point of view of central management, it is a “all-in-one card”.
  
In terms of hardware, the system has a central server in the management center, the server uses a large database SQLSERVER, and a local area network is established within the community to connect the computers of the various subsystems of the “all-in-one card”.

2 Engineering evaluation

  

The advantage of the entire “all-in-one card” system is that the system is both user-friendly and convenient for property management. At the same time, the property rights of the entire system belong to the owner, management is closed, and adjustments and changes are convenient. The disadvantage is that the user needs to deposit money to the property center, and the user’s bank account cannot be combined with the “all-in-one card” system.

  

During the implementation of the project, the author demonstrated that the IC card and the credit card used by the bank can be combined to realize the “one card” function of the community. However, the current bank uses a magnetic stripe card. The strip is affixed to the IC card of the community. The life of the magnetic strip is only two years and needs to be replaced regularly. In addition, the bank’s POS machine is controlled and managed by the bank, which brings difficulties to the comprehensive management of the community. Therefore, the application of the “all-in-one card” of the project is limited to the community.
