As of May 2010, a total of more than 40,000 people in the nine factories of Dongguan Dongkeng of Zhengwei Group used nearly 400 all-in-one card devices, which were centrally managed by two servers (one for equipment management and one for data analysis). Software usage modules include: personnel management, attendance management, salary management, canteen consumption, access control management (external access control, internal access control), dormitory management, visitor management and vehicle management, etc.

Personnel management: multi-level management of more than 1,000 departments in the enterprise, management of more than 100 profit centers; rapid entry of employee information in recruitment management, direct reading of ID cards, online camera photography, rapid production of factory certificates and blacklist management, enterprise recruitment and entry The peak value is 2000 people/day;

Attendance management: set up credit card points in branch plants, set credit card points in sub-departments, credit card points in sub-categories and real-time monitoring of equipment usage; real-time processing of attendance data will directly exchange data with the HR system;

Salary management: hourly salary management, multiple sets of salary structures and calculation formulas, monthly settlement of employee salaries and settlement of resigned employees’ salaries at any time.

Canteen consumption: 10 large-scale employee restaurants, designated categories of catering employees, real-time judgment of one meal and one meal, introduction of supper ordering, meal statistics and cost sharing;

Access control management: external access control (viewable access control system) real-time judgment of employees entering the factory area, dormitory, official door and commuting time access authority control, displaying employee access authority information through visual images; internal access control: each department (office) sets their own authority , Employee department changes, card number changes, etc., permissions are automatically synchronized with the device in the background, no personnel operation is required;

Visitor management: enter the factory: directly read the second-generation ID chip information or manually enter it, the camera will take photos of visitors and the items in the factory online, and print the visitor list; entering and exit the factory: directly scan the visitor list by bar code, call out the visitor information, and release after verification; The resident supplier shall apply for the resident certificate, and the access control shall be managed in a unified manner.

Vehicle management: Vehicles entering the factory area are swiped and released, employee cards are directly swiped and released, and other vehicles are registered in the visitor management first.
