System Overview
Ann’s electronic intelligent open conference sign-in system adopts advancedRFIDAs the core of the system, technology has the characteristics of high anti-counterfeiting and long-distance automatic identification. It has changed the traditional manual sign-in and short-distance swipe card sign-in methods. With the mode of intelligent open channel, the delegates only need to wear the representative card to enter the channel. No need to swipe the card or stay, the system will automatically identify the identity of the representative and sign in for the representative, demonstrating the distinguished identity of the representative. This system has been widely used in the National People’s Congress, the National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and the internal meetings of large-scale enterprise executives.
Main features of the system:
No need to actively swipe the card: delegates only need to wear a legal representative card on their body, without actively swiping the card or staying, the system automatically recognizes and records the information of the delegates when passing through the channel, realizing humanized management and fast and convenient access;
Illegal personnel alarm function: when illegal personnel or without a legal representative pass, the channel will give an audible and visual alarm, which effectively prevents the entry of illegal personnel and prevents the participants from leaving the venue without registration;
Direction identification: each channel can identify the direction of entry and exit. When people pass, the system will automatically identify the direction of entry and exit of the delegates to provide more accurate data for managers;
Channel width: 0.6 to 1.5 meters adjustable, the channel width can be flexibly adjusted according to the entrance width of the venue;
Fast check-in: The speed of identifying a representative card is less than 0.1 seconds. Therefore, the check-in speed depends on the passing speed of the participants; usually, a meeting of 600 people can complete the check-in in about 15 minutes.
Real-time display of sign-in information: real-time display of sign-in status and information of sign-in personnel, such as the number of people who should be present, the number of people who have arrived, the attendance rate, and the representative’s profile picture, name, position, etc.;
Real-time report output: After the sign-in is completed, the system can immediately output the report;
On-site card making before the meeting: The system integrates the card printer function, which can realize the card production before the meeting or for temporary personnel (the card printer and digital camera are required).
