NCR Corporation (New York Stock Code: NCR) announced that Aeromexico has recently deployed 32 NCR self-service check-in kiosks in the new Terminal 2 of Benito Juárez International Airport in Mexico City. The airline currently has installed NCR self-service check-in kiosks in seven other cities in Mexico to provide convenience for passengers.

These kiosks are driven by NCR’s leading Kenetics self-service travel software platform. They not only integrate barcodes to help customers more easily confirm their identity, but also integrate passport readers to meet the needs of international travelers. In addition, the NCR self-service kiosk also has the “universal self-service technology” feature of Kinetics, which enables applications of different airlines to run simultaneously on a self-service device.

“As Mexico continues to develop into one of the world’s top tourist destinations, airlines in the region must enhance their advantages by saving time and convenience for customers.” said Michael O’Laughlin, vice president of NCR Caribbean and Latin America . “NCR is proud to help Aeromexico achieve their commitment to exceed customer expectations by providing more convenient journeys for domestic and international travelers.”

NCR will provide preventive and hardware maintenance services to help all Aeromexico installations ensure uniform and uninterrupted services for customers.
