In order to achieve lean management and improve customer satisfaction, the company’s senior management decided to implement MES in Aite to meet the needs of Aite’s product traceability system. The implementation of the MES system is expected by the senior management to win a broader living space for Aite, and to Customer precise and caring service. Regarding Aite’s implementation of MES, it will not only enhance the company’s competitiveness, but will also drive changes in the company’s management.
Before the implementation of the Aeromodelling project, the company had no traceability information on all raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. When faced with customer complaints, product information could not be obtained in time, and the responsible person and department could not be found. The company’s production information is not transparent or even delayed, which increases the difficulty of production organization and seriously affects production efficiency. Lack of product quality information, unable to form a quality traceability system;
On the basis of in-depth research on Aeromodels, Suwei conducted multi-party demonstration and communication, and finally confirmed the project goals, and achieved the following functions:
1. Improve customer satisfaction and product quality through a complete traceability system;
2, Real-time access to production line assembly product information, operation information, planned quantity and completed quantity;
3. Strengthen physical inventory management, effective management, control, and tracking of key materials; according to demand, Suwei customized MES traceability system for Aite.
After a month of system testing and operation, the core function data collection meets the project requirements, and the system BUG has been corrected and perfected. Combined with a customized report system, it satisfies the traceability requirements of Aite products and improves the management level at the same time. After Aite MES was officially put into operation, the planning, execution, and monitoring levels have been significantly improved. MES has won the trust of customers and brought a steady stream of orders to Aite.
