Tego’s RFID solution is used by Survitec on ATA 2000 standard life jackets

Survitec Group, which produces various safety and life-saving equipment for the aerospace and defense industries, announced that it has selected Tego’sRFIDSolution to identify life jackets and supply them to Airbus.
Survitec said it uses Tego’s RFID tag solutions, including Tego’s rugged large memory EPC Gen 2 passive ultra-high frequency (UHF)RFID chipTegoChip, EPC Gen 2 passive UHF dual memory TegoTag inlay, and RFID software TegoView that meets the American Air Transport Association ATA Spec 2000 standard.
In addition, Tego will also provide its RFID technical support.
After adopting Tego’s RFID solution, Survitec’s life jackets can meet the requirements of the latest version of ATA Spec 2000, which includes the dual-format data records currently required by airlines.
Survitec said that it has now begun to provide this kind of life jackets with labels to other key customers. (Compiled by RFID World Net)
