The “Live Pig Food Traceability System” designed and implemented by Sichuan Kailuwei Electronics Co., Ltd. has been successfully applied to Zhengbang Group. The system uses RFID electronic tags as the main information carrier and relies on computer software, network communication, system integration and database application technologies. For the live pigs slaughtered by Zhengbang Group’s breeding base, the name of the breeding farm was registered and the registration was completed. For the pigs of cooperative farmers, swipe the RFID ID card to register the purchase information during the purchase registration.

Deliver traceability information: Live pigs enter the slaughter production
After the line, the slaughter line RFID reader is used to associate the slaughter hook ID number with the pig slaughter schedule information during the secondary lifting and suspension, so as to achieve the purpose of transmitting traceability information.

During quarantine, if problems are found, the number outside the label on the slaughter line shall be recorded corresponding to the quarantine result. Then, according to the data collection window provided by the system, the quarantine information is registered in the warehouse.
