  1. Real-name information registration

The visitor’s vehicle information is verified and compared with the public security organs on the Internet in real time, and if any abnormal conditions are found, they will be reported to the police in time.

The system supports the vehicle whitelist setting function. When such vehicles enter and exit, it will automatically compare the data collected by the vehicle entrance and exit information collection equipment (long-distance non-contact RFID card reader, license plate recognition camera, etc.), and directly link the electric railing machine, The passage indicating device, electric anti-rushing roadblocks, etc. are released without manual control, ensuring the fast passage of whitelisted vehicles and a good driving experience for the owners.

For residents’ temporary vehicles, visitor vehicles, cargo vehicles, etc., the system can set permissions for vehicle entrance and exit locations, travel time periods, etc., according to actual conditions, so as to realize the automation of community vehicle access management.

The system supports vehicle blacklist setting function, and supports real-time query and statistics of information collected by entrance and exit vehicles. Suspected vehicles, illegal vehicles, and vehicles involved in long-term arrears or investigations by public security organs can be set as blacklists for deployment control management. When the vehicle information (license plate, brand, model, color, etc.) collected by the vehicle entrance and exit information collection device matches the information of the controlled vehicle in the blacklist database, it will be prompted on the system interface or through sound and light alarms, which is convenient for property management personnel and the community.   4. Humanized parking service

The system supports parking space guidance function, uses magnetic induction, ultrasonic or smart video technology to detect the usage status of parking garages/park spaces, and publishes real-time empty parking spaces to the entrance and exit of the community, parking garage/park entrance and exit information display screens after statistical processing , To guide the driver to park conveniently and realize humanized service.

The system supports the reverse car search function. The video information of one or more parking spaces is processed in real time through the smart camera set above the parking space of the parking garage/park, and the vehicle license plate number is recognized. The parking space query machine is convenient for the driver to quickly query the parking position of the vehicle according to the license plate number, parking time, etc.

The system supports the comparison function of vehicle entry and exit information. When the vehicle leaves the parking garage/yard or community, the data collected by the collection equipment is compared with the data collected when the vehicle enters (license plate, brand, model, color, etc.) to prevent The vehicle was stolen due to transfer/falsification of vehicle licenses and license plates.
