Third, the principle requirements of the vehicle swiping system

The vehicle swiping system can be regarded as a new type of vehicle swiping system that is superimposed on the original access control swiping management system (without changing, modifying, or destroying the original access control swiping system). The system can understand each one at any time The situation of the car passing the guard at the company (including the time of entry and exit). The general schematic diagram is as follows:

4. Technical description and requirements

The vehicle entry and exit automatic identification system uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to identify vehicles at the entrance and exit of the car without stopping, so as to realize the control of the entry and exit of the vehicle, and save the records of the door guards of the vehicle entry and exit for the relevant departments to inquire. The system can effectively solve the problem of false reporting of the workload of the transportation drivers, false reporting of the whereabouts of the driver of the trolley (including private cars), registration of foreign vehicles entering the factory and tracking their import and export conditions.

The radio frequency card used in this scheme is an RFID card (Radio Frequency Identification), and its basic meaning is to use radio technology to apply radio frequency identification signals to realize automatic identification of stationary or moving objects or persons. According to the actual situation of the company’s guard, the radio frequency card in this scheme can use active electronic tags and passive electronic tags, but Party B has confirmed that passive electronic tags are used to implement the car swiping system.

The RFID card equipped with each vehicle can be printed on the surface of the card with information such as the card number or bar code. For company fixed vehicles, the RFID card can be affixed to the front windshield of the vehicle; for foreign vehicles, the RFID card can be affixed to the temporary pass.

The core components in this solution, namely control system components, are readers and antennas. After the reader and antenna are connected, they are directly integrated into the existing personnel swiping system, and connected through the 485 communication line, without the need to purchase a guard computer.

System Requirements

The system is currently designed and installed in 11 locations, with a total of more than 2,000 freight vehicles, cars, private cars, and foreign vehicles throughout the company.

The unit’s vehicles and fixed private cars are issued with fixed cards that can enter and exit at will. Foreign vehicles must apply for a valid pass or temporary card at the relevant department. Check the situation of the guard at any time.

How to apply for a card

For fixed cards, the application center can perform unified processing and store the data in the database at one time; for temporary cards, it can be processed by the company’s designated department. For the temporary card processing, we decided to use the scanning input method, that is, use the scanner to scan the driving license and driving license of the foreign vehicle, and vectorize the scan result, manually modify the misjudged field, and then transfer the RFID card Associate with this record.All cards can be processed at any time and cancelled at any time

System configuration instructions

Each doorman’s car passage has an average width of 11 meters. The vehicles passing by the door include large material trucks, medium trucks, and small cars. Two 5~6 meters high galvanized pipe columns are erected on the side of each doorman close to the doorman’s room. 3) Demand situation
