In order to solve the problem of melamine supervision, Chengdu Quality Supervision Bureau cooperated with Beijing Food Safety Testing Equipment Engineering Research Center to develop a melamine detection data monitoring platform using Internet of Things technology, which realized the automatic collection, automatic transmission, and automatic transmission of melamine detection data for dairy companies. Automatic analysis and automatic alarms have greatly improved the effectiveness of supervision work through “targeted shooting”. At present, the system has been put into use first in New Hope Dairy.
The number of original maps obtained by the melamine testing platform is the number of melamine tested by the company, which corresponds to the company’s raw milk and product batches. Once the melamine content is found to be abnormal or the relevant company has not uploaded data within 24 hours, the platform will automatically call the police and send the reminder to the mobile phone of the person in charge of the regulatory department via SMS. “In this way, we can comprehensively, timely and accurately grasp the quality status of each dairy company, and supervise the company’s batch inspection from raw milk to finished products in real time to ensure that companies do not use unqualified raw materials and unqualified products do not leave the factory.” The relevant person in charge of Chengdu Quality Supervision Bureau stated that the system will gradually cover 11 dairy companies in Chengdu.
