Project Description
As an intermediate link of pig breeding and circulation, pig slaughter plays a key role in the traceability management process. Due to the complex environment, multiple procedures, long processes, and inconvenient data collection at the production site of slaughter companies, it has always been the traceability management of meat products. The weakest link in the chain; UHF RFID technology is used to realize data collection of pigs on the production line of slaughter companies, which overcomes the existing problems, improves the reliability and accuracy of data collection, and well connects the entire traceability chain. Greatly improve production efficiency and ensure the safety of meat products.
Key process
Labeling: Embed a customized anti-metal micro RFID tag into the mounting hole of the pork hook to initialize the tag;
Hooking: When the pork is hooked, it can realize the association between the pig traceability information and the hooking information by identifying the ear tags of the pig or manually inputting the information;
Monitoring: Install reading and writing equipment in each key process to monitor the production status of each process of the production line in real time;
Grading: Associate the pork grade information detected by the sensor with the data information collected by RFID to realize the accurate management of pork grade information;
Putting in: The identified pork information will be put into the warehouse according to the grade of pork through the dumping system;
Outgoing: After the pork information is identified when outgoing, it will be sent to the database for record.
