The “Live Pig Food Traceability System” designed and implemented by Sichuan Kailuwei Electronics Co., Ltd. has been successfully applied to Zhengbang Group. The system uses RFID electronic tags as the main information carrier, and relies on computer software, network communication, system integration and database application technologies to establish a complete information system within the enterprise to realize the electronic file management of the entire production process of pigs in the slaughter process, and finally realize The terminal sales can be queried in the forward direction and traceable in the reverse direction.

1 System architecture

Figure 1 shows the basic structure of this “live pig food traceability system”.

The entire system is composed of enterprise-level application systems, and systems at all levels are interconnected and shared through the network.

2 main functions

Combining with the slaughtering process and position setting of the Ji’an slaughter line of Zhengbang Group, it realizes the collection of key traceability data in the links of acquisition, resting care, production scheduling, quarantine, harmlessness, sales and delivery. Figure 2 shows the key data collection point diagram of the system.

Supplier information management mainly conducts supplier information registration and filing. Figure 3 shows the supplier information management interface.

The registration of pig purchase information is to register the pigs slaughtered from the Zhengbang Group’s breeding base, mainly by registering the name of the farm to complete the registration of the purchase. For the live pigs of cooperative farmers, swipe the RFID ID card to register the purchase information during the purchase registration. Figure 4 shows the registration interface of the system’s pig purchase information.

The transmission of traceability information is to associate the slaughter hook ID number with the pig slaughter schedule information through the slaughter line RFID reader during the secondary lifting and suspension after the pig enters the slaughter production line, so as to achieve the purpose of transmitting the traceability information (see Figure 5) .

Inspection and quarantine information is collected during quarantine. If problems are found, the number outside the label on the slaughter line shall be recorded corresponding to the quarantine result. Then, according to the data collection window provided by the system, the quarantine information is registered in the warehouse. The interface is shown in Figure 6.

Statistics of harmless data: After passing the synchronization inspection, the system will automatically count the harmless data. Figure 7 shows the registration interface of harmless treatment information.

White strip distribution data collection is to complete white strip delivery data collection and traceability information docking and data collection through the two white strip delivery lines on the slaughter line platform. The traceability result interface is shown in Figure 8.

Finally, through the central query platform, meat information can be traced on the network platform. The traceability query result interface is shown in Figure 9.
