 1. Project background

Shushan Prison in Anhui Province is a prison for detaining and reforming heavy criminals in Anhui Province. Shushan Prison has always attached great importance to informatization. By 2010, the prison had built “one integrated platform, two application platforms, three information resource databases, and three websites. , Four centers, four major types of application systems” informatization framework system.

Existing information technology has indeed improved the management level of Shushan Prison. However, due to the special nature of prison work, in order to ensure prison safety, prison leaders and police officers are still overworked for a long time. , Police officers need to count the number of people frequently, and need to maintain a high degree of vigilance during personnel activities. In addition, due to the characteristics of criminals, the personal safety of police officers is also difficult to be protected. Therefore, there is an urgent need to introduce advanced technical defense methods to assist prison management, improve efficiency, reduce the probability of hidden dangers, and ensure the safety of police officers in prisons.


2. Project goals

In order to better guarantee the safety of prisons, Shushan Prison in Anhui has adopted and implemented a pilot project of personnel positioning and alarm systems for scientific and technological real-time positioning technology. By letting police officers wear radio frequency positioning identification cards and criminals wearing radio frequency electronic wristbands, radio frequency signal analysis equipment is deployed in some areas of the prison, and real-time positioning servers and three-dimensional virtual simulation platforms are deployed in the monitoring center to achieve real-time location tracking of criminals/police officers. Mobile alarm, fully automatic, full coverage and active monitoring; to achieve individual management, when abnormal events occur, police officers can actively alarm at any time to remind the police to intervene in analysis and take corresponding measures, and also through the three-dimensional virtual simulation platform The linkage of various security systems and business systems has been realized, and the goal of preventing major vicious incidents in prisons has been achieved.

  3. System Features

  High positioning accuracy:The accuracy of personnel positioning is high. The highest indoor accuracy can reach within 1 meter. The positioning accuracy can be adjusted. The corresponding positioning accuracy can be set according to the different needs of each place to give full play to the system performance.
  Strong positioning stability:The maximum positioning speed of the base station for moving targets reaches 50 meters per second, and the damage of some equipment does not affect the positioning results and accuracy, which meets the use requirements of any place in the prison.
  Automatic alarm for abnormal conditions:The location tag (location wristband) has low voltage and abnormal situation alarm function
  Professional anti-demolition design:The positioning wrist has anti-dismantling and destruction alarm functions.
  High scalability:The system interface can be connected with CAN-BUS, Ethernet, RS232, wireless network, etc. It is convenient to install and provides an interface with the integration platform of the information application system, which has strong expandability.
