The scheme design consists of three parts: one is the front-end signal acquisition system in the monitoring and alarm system; the second is the video recording, control, management and display system in the master control center; the third is the control, alarm, and display system of the network control terminal.

The front-end image acquisition system adopts various types of image acquisition equipment such as fixed black and white cameras, fixed color cameras, color omnidirectional dome cameras, color/black and white omnidirectional dome cameras, etc. according to the actual site conditions;

The recording, control, management and display system in the master control center adopts various control and display equipment such as matrix digital video system, network cluster management platform, and color flat monitor;

The control, alarm, and display system of the network control terminal is mainly composed of the detention center management information system-system integration software installed on the office PC. If the detachment or the municipal monitoring and command center wants to build a screen wall or projection wall, an IP digital matrix switching control host needs to be added, and the video images of all monitoring sites can be observed on the screen wall of the detachment monitoring and command center for unified command.

One set of IP digital matrix switching control host and several 100HZ color flat-screen monitors or projectors can be set in the municipal command center or supervision detachment, and integrated security management software can be installed, through the settings in the IP digital matrix switching system With the multimedia operation based on network cluster management software, the image of any front-end monitoring point in the entire system can be switched to the monitor in the designated screen wall, so as to supervise all the monitoring areas in the monitoring system of the entire city supervision site.
Because the images of each monitoring point have been digitally processed by the control equipment (network video server) of each monitoring center, and are in the form of data stream in the public security internal private network, so in addition to the control centers at all levels, they can control the system in each area. Application 3: Financial consumption

All detainees’ consumption and collection of items in the detention center can be confirmed through the barcode of their personal identification belt (badge). Large quantities of multiple consumption modes: The police only need to scan the goods sold like a supermarket cashier, and then import the data into the prison management information system, without any manual input. After the police collects the above requirements, they transmit the data on the consumer machine to the detention center management information system. The detention center management information system automatically analyzes the imported data and prints the “Purchase Order” and “Item Distribution List.” The police completed the procurement business according to the “Purchase Order”. Small amount of goods consumption model: This business model is suitable when the demand for detainees is relatively small, the variety is single, and there is inventory in the detention center.
