introduction

The competition in the modern energy industry is extremely fierce. In particular, the newly introduced relevant policies have made companies qualified to wholesale refined oil become the focus of social attention. In the face of the irreversible global environment-crude oil is tight, how to establish an advanced and reasonable energy supply chain in accordance with China’s national conditions in the international environment is a problem that requires domestic energy companies to think about. As the oil distribution company at the physical bottom of the energy supply chain, it is even more responsible for collecting information and sharing information with upper-level node companies in real time.

Analysis on the application of RFID technology in the distribution industry of refined oil

At present, it is very common to apply RFID technology to the supply chain in foreign countries. As early as the 1960s, various research organizations headed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Automatic Identification Center were committed to research in this area, especially when the retail giant Wal-Mart announced in January 2005 that it would require hundreds of suppliers to supply After the announcement of the limited-time use of RFID tags by vendors, the world is particularly optimistic about the application prospects of RFID in the supply chain, and related technologies are constantly improving.

 02The necessity and superiority of applying RFID technology

According to project experience and available information, the domestic application supply chain is still immature. Although the application of supply chain ideas in the petroleum industry began as early as the 1990s, there are still many problems in the domestic petroleum industry’s supply chain. One of the important problems is the low degree of informatization of node enterprises and the lack of information communication. The lack of information technology support has affected the systematization, integration and seamlessness of the entire supply chain construction and management. For example, the customer relationship management information input of the refined oil terminal did not realize the automatic collection of data, and the electronic payment system was not established, and so on. The direct adverse consequences are increased inventory, low work efficiency, and serious oil loss.

Analysis on the application of RFID technology in the distribution industry of refined oil

The existing domestic management methods are still at the stage of manual recording and invoicing. It is believed that the inefficiency and economic losses caused are very serious. At present, the main recognition method in China is still realized by laser scanning bar code. This method has shown a lot of incompatibility in the process of rapid economic development, such as too small amount of information and low efficiency. If such an identification scheme is directly transplanted to the current energy industry, the same problem will certainly arise. Therefore, a new recognition method with fast recognition speed, large amount of information storage, and better security is needed in reality, and RFID technology has the above advantages. The use of RFID technology has the following application values for oil distribution companies and the entire energy industry supply chain: 1. Improve work efficiency; 2. Reduce inventory; 3. Contain oil stealing.

 03Discussion of distribution plan

3.1 Traditional distribution plan

The traditional delivery process is relatively simple. The delivery route of the delivery staff is relatively fixed. The delivery staff and the driver drive to various delivery points, visually check the flowmeter readings, calculate the accounts payable, and complete the transaction after payment, invoicing, and recording. At the end of the working day, return to the distribution center for settlement. The administrator checks the amount of cash and the bill, and after confirming that they are correct, the work is completed.

  This delivery plan has the following disadvantages:

(1) The direct consequence of manually entering information is low efficiency and easy to make mistakes;

(2) The distribution route is fixed, which is easy to produce alliance relationship between the distributor and the customer. Cause economic losses to the unfavorable company;

(3) Because the total amount of oil in the tanker is not clear, and there is no corresponding technical measure to ensure that the amount of oil is consistent with the amount of money recovered. Leading to serious losses of illicit oil products.

(4) As a physical node at the bottom of the energy industry supply chain, refined oil distribution companies are responsible for data collection. It is difficult for traditional solutions to realize timely data sharing. Cause the entire supply chain to be inefficient.

  3.2 Discussion of new schemes based on RFID technology

This plan is based on the entire energy industry supply chain as a background, and is a research topic for the distribution process of the refined oil distribution company, the physical bottom node of the supply chain.

 3.2.1 RFID system technical support:

The system’s reader/writer uses a high frequency of 13.56MHz. The reader/writer at this frequency has higher stability, and the price factor has little effect on the system. The hardware composition of the reader is mainly a single-chip microcomputer, radio frequency chip, antenna, power supply, display circuit and input circuit. The one-chip computer chooses ATMEL company’s AT89S52 one-chip computer, its I/O port quantity, EEPROM capacity and support online programming and other advantages make many designers choose this chip, which also makes the information in this area more complete. The radio frequency chip selected is the MIFARE 500 chip of PHILIPS Company, this chip is the most powerful chip in the 13.56MHZ frequency band, the communication protocol it supports is ISO-14443A, this protocol is safe and simple. It is suitable for systems with high security and not very long communication distance.

The reader uses the single-chip microcomputer to control the radio frequency chip to generate a high-frequency electromagnetic field, drive the antenna, and the power supply and control information have an effect on the passive tags in the range through spatial coupling. After the tag receives the energy of the magnetic field, it will The returned information is sent back to the reader through the space magnetic field to complete the communication.

 3.2.2 Delivery workflow:

(1) At the beginning of the working day, the delivery staff will pick up the card a and the mobile storage device at the delivery center, and then go to the designated oil tanker to start work according to the instructions of the administrator. The mobile storage device records the customer list, delivery tasks and driving routes that the delivery staff will deliver today. The dispatcher inserts the mobile storage device into the card reader of the designated vehicle, and then reads the card a in front of the on-board reader. The reader’s LCD screen displays the name of the first customer (customer A) and detailed information. The driver drove there.

(2) Arriving at customer A location, under the premise of seeking the customer’s permission, the distributor and the customer use their respective cards to swipe the card in front of the on-board reader/writer at the same time. When the customer indicates that the oil delivery can be ended, the solenoid valve is closed, and the relevant information such as the amount of oil delivered this time and the total price are recorded on the flowmeter. After the delivery person presses the settlement and print receipt button, the card reader will automatically print out the transaction amount and other information for settlement. The refueling mission was completed.

(3) The delivery person completes the refueling task on the same day according to the same process.

(4) The delivery person returns to the delivery center with the car, takes out the card reader and moves the storage device on the same day, and submits it to the administrator at the same time as the personal card.

(5) The administrator reads the content of the mobile storage device to the server for storage, and writes a new delivery route and customer list in the mobile storage at the same time. And enter the delivery code for the next day on the delivery person’s card. This code will only be read by one of all tank trucks.

(6) From the second working day, the delivery staff received the new card and mobile storage device, read the delivery plan of the day on the designated tanker, and started the new delivery process.

 3.2.3 This program has the following advantages over the traditional distribution program

(1) The data entry in the entire distribution process and the settlement process adopts automatic entry methods, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces human errors.

(2) Due to the confidentiality of the delivery plan, the delivery staff cannot know the delivery information on the day before delivery, avoiding possible cheating.

(3) Although it is still impossible to know the total amount of fuel in the car, in the settlement process, the customer and the delivery staff must confirm at the same time to complete the refueling process, and the entire process is machine operation, which greatly reduces fraudulent accounts and artificial calculations The probability of the error occurring.

(4) Since the entire process uses electronic storage, the oil distribution company at the bottom of the supply chain can share data with the node company, and if necessary, it can also use GPRS for real-time data transmission. Such a highly transparent supply chain has played its role to the utmost extent, which is of great help in reducing inventory.

 04 concluding remarks

This article hopes that through rigorous and objective discussions, the idea of supply chain can be successfully applied to the domestic energy industry, using RFID technology to build a platform for data collection, management and distribution for oil distribution companies at the physical bottom of the energy supply chain, and to research and solve oil Related issues in the product distribution process. This solution not only solves the above thorny problems, but also makes the management level of the domestic oil industry in line with international standards. While solving common problems, it can also solve domestic special problems in a targeted manner, such as oil loss due to human causes. Improving the service quality of enterprises has enabled the domestic oil industry to take the lead in international competition.
