Since the coal mine and the charging system can be seamlessly linked, it is fully applicable to all current charging systems including open and closed systems, and the data provided by this system can be directly used to calculate the charging amount. While completing the conventional toll operation process, it can detect the axles, axle groups and total weight of each toll car. Combined with the vehicle type recognition device, it can also identify the number of car axles, wheel axle types and other vehicle parameters.

2. System function

Measure vehicle weight when the vehicle is running at low speed

3. Performance indicators

Measurement accuracy: static state conforms to the national level III accuracy standard; dynamic state is better than 0.2% FS.

Sensitivity: With a load of 1.4d, the indicated value should have a change of not less than 1d.

Measuring speed: dynamic measuring speed range of 0~20km/h.

Zero drift: The zero drift of the whole system is not more than 1d within 60 minutes.

4. System features

The weighing system is an independent module, which can be operated independently or directly integrated into the lane system.

The weighing system has the function of overload and limit detection, which can directly output the detection results to the charging system.

It is highly efficient, and will not reduce the speed of passing vehicles due to the weighing of the lane toll, and will not increase the difficulty of the operator’s work.

System flow

1) Paste on the front windshield of the car through the adhesive layer of the label itself, sticking firmly.

2) When the vehicle is weighed, the reading device will automatically recognize the electronic license plate.

3) After the cargo is unloaded, at the exit, the reading device will automatically confirm the electronic license plate again.

5. Application features

1) The system adopts the electronic product code and the investment is less effective. The system is quick to install and easy to master; the investment amount is limited;
2) Automatically read the vehicle number: all over-balanced vehicles are automatically recorded by the computer “electronic license plate”, eliminating manual intervention;
3) Anti-tamper: Once the electronic license plate is installed, it cannot be removed;
4) Confidentiality: Electronic license plate data cannot be forged or copied, which fundamentally eliminates copying, forgery, and cheating.
5) Resistance to harsh environments: the dedicated electronic license plate can withstand the test of damp, cold, hot and other harsh environments;
6) Simple maintenance: “Electronic License Plate” adopts passive technology, which has a long service life and does not require maintenance;
7) Fast reading and long distance: Fully guarantee the reading distance; the recognition distance is more than 7 meters, and the adaptable vehicle speed can be as high as 80km/h;
