Tobacco business enterprise logistics operation management based on the Internet of things
[ad_1]
This project is a scientific and technological innovation project declared by Nanchang Tobacco Company to the State Tobacco Administration-a full-process information system for commercial enterprise logistics operation management. The guiding ideology of the research work is to optimize the logistics process, integrate and upgrade the existing information system, promote management innovation with information technology, and establish an operation management model that reduces logistics costs. Widely use RFID, GPS, GIS and other Internet of Things technologies and tools to build a tobacco Internet of Things with the characteristics of “comprehensive perception, interconnection, intelligent processing, and full control”. Tobacco business enterprise logistics management based on Internet of Things. With “green logistics” as the goal, the integration and innovation of the entire operation process as the entry point, the fine management model as the guidance, the process optimization as the way to achieve it, and the technology and process innovation as the driving force. ), to explore a new model and system for the construction and operation management of a logistics distribution center with an annual distribution capacity of 300,000 boxes suitable for the actual situation of the current tobacco industry in my country.
The logistics distribution center of Nanchang Tobacco Company was completely relocated and put into operation in May 2008. The total investment of the project (including 90 million engineering construction, 20 million equipment and facilities) 110 million, the total area of the logistics park: 110 acres, the total construction area: 12500 square meters, the joint workshop construction area is 8796 square meters. The design scale can reach an annual distribution capacity of 300,000 boxes, a warehouse capacity of 15,000 large boxes, and a daily sorting and distribution capacity of 1,200 boxes. It provides cigarette distribution services for more than 17,000 retailers in Nanchang, covering 7402 square kilometers in 8 districts and counties in Nanchang .
Problems before informatization
After the logistics distribution center was put into operation, because all the existing software systems were implemented in different periods and by different software development units at different stages, and there was no overall planning and system integration, a series of bottlenecks began to be exposed continuously, which was prominent in marketing orders. The collection system, digital storage system, “No. 1 Project” system, semi-automatic sorting system and other logistics operation-related systems all exist in the form of information islands. Highlighted in:
(1) The design of the entire information process of logistics operations is unreasonable. The independent operation of each system makes the entire information flow unable to be effectively connected, the information is fragmented, and cannot run smoothly, resulting in a lack of connection between the operation links. It is manifested in the original digital warehouse management software, which can only realize the warehouse management in the storage area, and fails to carry out the warehouse management in the stocking area, replenishment area, sorting area and delivery area of the entire joint workshop. Therefore, the total amount of sorting on the day can only be shipped out to the sorting area at one time, which makes the outbound operation and order processing time longer.
(2) The original information system failed to realize the scheduling of resources such as logistics operation sites, equipment, and personnel. The information concerned was cigarette goods, and it was difficult to adapt to the refined management of site utilization, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency analysis. Requirements, flexible scheduling cannot be used to efficiently utilize resources such as venues, equipment, and personnel, and regional logistics cooperation cannot be achieved.
(3) The original information system only pays attention to the shopping guide of logistics operation results (ptisys.com), and does not pay attention to the whole process management and monitoring of logistics operation. It is impossible to obtain real-time information on all aspects of logistics operations and achieve visual and transparent management. Tobacco business enterprise logistics operations management based on the Internet of Things. Therefore, it is difficult to promote the refined management of the logistics operation process. This is especially reflected in the inability to obtain the real-time operating status of the delivery vehicle and the full monitoring of the delivery process, and thus the dynamic scheduling of vehicle resources cannot be achieved. The distribution area can only be divided according to administrative divisions, and fixed distribution routes and loading plans are adopted. In the distribution process, due to the fact that the goods are delivered to many places, the delivery personnel make mistakes in the delivery, and a very small number of delivery personnel use the advantages of their own market information to cross the goods. At the same time, the monopoly personnel also have certain difficulties in the process of inspecting the market.
The project has comprehensively sorted out the common problems in the four major operating links of the cigarette distribution center of tobacco commercial enterprises in warehousing, sorting, distribution, and ordering. The existing “No. 1 Engineering System” and “cigarette digitalization of the cigarette distribution center” The shortcomings of the five major subsystems, including warehousing management system, “cigarette sorting operation management system”, “cigarette distribution operation GIS management system”, and “cigarette telephone order management system”, have been carefully analyzed and researched, using modern logistics concepts and combining The actual shopping of China Tobacco Cigarette Distribution Center (www.2jianfei.com) adopts modern technologies such as advanced RFID technology, GPS technology, GPRS technology, GIS technology and computer communication technology. On the basis of optimizing the logistics process, design and plan A set of highly informatized, moderately automated, informatized solutions throughout the entire process of cigarette logistics operations. Combining with Nanchang Tobacco’s promotion of regional logistics pilots, the use of four-layer flat storage technology in the warehousing process and the use of semi-automatic sorting line technology in the sorting process have developed a set of cigarettes receiving, putting on shelves, and putting them out of the warehouse. Telephone ordering, route and vehicle loading optimization, sorting temporary storage, dynamic replenishment, semi-automatic sorting, shipment temporary storage, loading and shipping, home delivery, electronic settlement, job scheduling and other information on the entire logistics operation management of the cigarette distribution center system. This creates the necessary conditions for comprehensively improving the level of refined management of the cigarette distribution center, greatly improving operating efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
In November 2009, Nanchang Tobacco, on behalf of the Jiangxi Provincial Bureau, declared to the National Bureau the research and development shopping guide website (www.meirong9.com) of the innovative project of the “Tobacco Commercial Enterprise Logistics Operation Management Full-process Information System”, which was approved by the National Bureau ( The number of the approved document is: “Notice of China National Tobacco Corporation on Issuing the Plan of Scientific and Technological General Projects in 2010” China Tobacco Office 2010 (99)).
The main research content of the project “R&D of logistics operation management full-process information system” is summarized as optimizing logistics process, integrating and upgrading existing information systems, using information technology to promote management innovation, and establishing an operation management model that reduces logistics costs.
