Labeling: the shelf adopts anti-metal label, and the tray is selected according to the materialAnti-metal tagOr paper self-adhesive logistics label, and initialize the label;

Palletizing: When receiving the goods, use the RFID handheld terminal to scan the bar code or manually enter the goods information, and then associate with the read pallet label information;

Putting on the shelf: Install on-board reading and writing equipment and on-board computer on the forklift or roadway stacker. After reading the pallet label, it prompts that the warehouse should be put on the shelf. Before the goods are put into the warehouse, read the warehouse label to judge that the warehouse is correct and complete the shelf confirmation;

Unloading: The forklift or roadway stacker obtains the unloading task through the on-board computer, and the on-board reading and writing device reads the location and pallet label to determine that the unloaded goods are correct, and then completes the unloading confirmation;

Picking: Use the RFID handheld terminal to complete the zero picking, and realize the separation of the goods on the pallet and the information association after the merger;

Outbound: the outbound pallet is read through the RFID handheld terminal to complete the outbound confirmation, or the pallet is read when the pallet passes through the automatic identification channel to complete the outbound confirmation;

Inventory: Use RFID handheld terminal to complete the inventory of bulk pallet goods.

Reading and writing equipment: SR-7114 industrial-grade car reader, SR-6700 handheld terminal, SR-3200B desktop card issuing device, SC-ID series automatic identification channel.

Electronic label: anti-metal label, paper self-adhesive logistics label.
