Overview
ATS (Automatic Tag System) is a system that combines electronic access management system, mine management system and safety system. All objects in the system environment are equipped with an RFID tag. Each tag has a unique ID, which is associated with the ID in the central database. In some strategic locations in the actual mining working environment, such as mine tunnels and mine entrances, some “area” are established. These areas are used to register tags. The ATS system fully supports the TCP/IP protocol and can be installed using existing networks. At the same time, environmental factors are very important. The proper position of the reader and antenna can reduce the “dead zone” of reading and increase the number of tags read in the same area. In order to enable the reader to accurately read the tags, in some reading and writing areas of the system, the tag positioning can be completed by the strength of different magnetic fields.
